Thank you my child for taking her side Thank you for accepting this change in relation this soon. Ayat needs you. She endured a lot in these 2 years now she needs someone on whom she can relay. Thank you for being her savior today. "
He nodded at his mother and she went out. His eyes fall on the little figure who was close to him, who still is. She was placing his cloths and other necessary on the bed and he can't help but wonder what made her change this much.
What happened two years back when he was in Australia for one month?
What made this little gilhari of the house change this much. ?
Arslaan who was lost in the thought came to the world again when he heard his children sound. He looked at them who were looking at their mother who was literally roaming inside the room. He stood there watching her acts. He saw her taking two shirts in her hand.
She looked at both of them and then twisted her lips as always, already feeling hard to decide the one. At last as expected she put both inside again and took one cream kurta for him.
Arslaan shook his head at her acts. He expected her to put the cloths for him to wear but to his surprise she started ironing it. Arslaan frowned at her act. The Ayat he know will do anything other than ironing.
She hates doing laundry and ironing.
Arslaan again heard his children voive and with a small smile he walked to them. They are little attention seekers. Looks like they want their ammi's attention.
He sat on the bed beside them and took them in his lap. Rubbing there nose together he whispered-
"Ammi ke aate hi papa ko bhul gye..."
(Forgot father as soon as mother came)
The complain sounded cute to Ayat who choosed to not disturb the father-children talk.
As his children understand they looked at their father for a second and kissed his cheeks together. Ayat heart melt at the sight and Arslaan was no special.
Ayat was done with her work but wasn't sure what to do next? Tell him that the dress is ready to wear or leave it here? After thinking a lot she peeped at him only to see him blowing a raspberry on Dani's stomach.
"Suniye"
(Listen)
She called in a low honey voice. Arslaan who was playing went stiff. As his mind registered her word he felt his heart beating fast. Never his first wife called him with this much respect and delicacy.
He went back to normal when he felt her eyes on him for little longer. He turned toward her. As their eyes clashed
She felt her heart hammering."Hmm?"
He tried sounding cool but this little women was making him lose his cool.
"Wo-Wo Kapre ho gye hai...Aap Naste me kya lenge?"
(The cloths are done, and what will you take in your breakfas?")
