Today, down at Robert docks, it has gotten rather busy, a bit busier than it should. So, in order to handle all the boat traffic that was coming and going in and out of the docks, Ms Avery made a phone call to an old friend of hers, who agreed to lend a hand his tugboats known as the Star Tugs, the best crew of hard working tugs on the planet.

The tugs consist of Ten Cents and Sunshine; the switchers, harbor tugs Big Mac, Warrior, O.J, railway tug Top Hat, Hercules the Ocean Tug, and Navy submarine Grampus. All the tugs had gotten along with the Godson Railway engines and workmates, helping out upriver anyway they can.

One evening, the wind had whipped up a gale, bringing in the cold of winter, as well as that of the fog, The engines nor Tugs didn't like the fog, for it meant they had to limit and curtail their speeds, as well as keep an eye out for anything out for anything. It was dangerous to go at reckless speeds.

Down by the docks, Eric, Hammond, Keshaun, and Ten Cents had been helping out to dock, moor up, and unload a large cargo ship that had arrived late in the day.

Ten Cents is a switcher from the Star Fleet used for a wide variety of tasks around Bigg City Port. He speaks with an East End Cockney accent. Ten Cents is painted in the Star Fleet's corporate livery. This consists of a black hull, a yellow superstructure, white mast, and an American flag-styled red, white, and blue funnel. His name is painted on the sides of his bow in white and he has the number "1" on his funnel. He wears a blue cap.

"Well, today could've have been better if the fog and ice weren't here." Eric said sarcastically to Hammond, Keshaun, and Ten Cents.

"Aye. Ice and fog are no good for docks." Ten Cents agreed with the orange LB&SCR E2 locomotive. "Still we must continue with our work."

"I agree." Keshaun sighed. He looked over to Hammond, who was looking at a sign that said 'DANGER, ENGINES MUST NOT PASS THIS BOARD'. "Hey hamster, what are you looking at?" he asked.

"Oh nothing." Hammond replied. "I'm just wondering out that sign over there."

"Why?" Keshaun asked. "You want to test your luck by going past it?" He asked cheekily.
