"Hi, I got you some food."

Skylar smiled and tapped the spot beside her on the bed. "Thanks." I sat down and shared the food with her. "You're okay?" I asked. She nodded, "I am now." She grabbed the cutlery from me and started eating. "How about you?" she asked. "I am fine." We ate in silence. "Do you think... that if I die I will be with Sunstreaker again? Do you think I can be with him again? Jus like you."

I looked at her. "Maybe... it doesn't matter where he is, Sunstreaker is probably looking down at you and I am sure that he doesn't agree with all the things you put yourself through. Sunstreaker doesn't want you to kill and hurt yourself. He cares too much about you for that," he said. "I didn't even had time to say goodbye. I want to see him one more time. You are lucky to reunite with him again." She stopped eating and stared at the wall. I didn't know what I could possibly do. She was struggling. "I have an idea. Meet me in the hanger tonight," I said. She frowned, "what are you going to do?"

"Trust me."

She gave a small nod and continued eating. I wasn't sure if my plan would work, but I wanted to give it a try. After dinner, I took Skylar with me, away from Washington DC to an open field. I parked and gestured her to follow me. "Sideswipe, what's the idea?" she asked. "Just come here," I grabbed her and dragged her with me. We came to a stop and I looked up to the bright night sky. "Sunstreaker is among these stars now." Skylar didn't replied as she followed my gaze. "We believe in the Allsparks. Whenever an Autobot dies, it will go that place. Back on Cybertron, we heard tales about Autobots returning to their loved ones to say goodbye. Sometimes, Primus allow them to see them one more time."

Skylar looked at me. "How?" she asked. "Sit down." She sat down against a tree. "Close your eyes and think about him, feel him, remember his voice, his smell, how he smiled, everything." She closed her eyes hesitantly. I sat down beside her. "Focus on where you are, try to listen," I mumbled and grabbed some grass to play with.

I doubted this was going to work. The only thing I achieved with this was pain. I was about to open my eyes and tell Sideswipe it wasn't going to work, but in the wind, I heard him. I heard Sunstreaker calling out for me. I opened my eyes and stared into that direction. There he was. "Can you see him?" Sideswipe whispered. I gave a small nod and got up. "Sunny..." His icy blue eyes looked down at me, like he was actually standing there. This only proved he was really gone and it hadn't been a trick. Sunstreaker crouched down, "don't cry," he mumbled. I shook my head and bit my lip. My voice was going to break. "I miss you..." He smiled weakly. "I know... but I have always been there," he said.

"You don't need to see me to know I am with you."

"I can't live without you. I can't deal with the pain," I whispered. It was like I could feel him. He spread a warmth. "I will always be with you, no matter where you go. I miss you just as much," he said. "The day you die... I will be there waiting for you, but I hope you will never die. You have the opportunity to love forever. Don't waste that. Don't make the same mistakes I did," Sunstreaker said. "Sunstreaker... I want you back. I need you... I need you." I lowered my head. "I am right here..." I looked up at him again. "Take care of my brother for me." Sunstreaker started to fade. "Don't go, Sunny," I whispered.

I stared at the darkness as a breeze flew through my hair. "I love you..." my voice died down in the gathering gloom. I felt a hand on my shoulder. "Come on," Sideswipe pulled me with him. "He's really gone." Sideswipe gave me a sad smile and nodded. He led me back to his car. We didn't talk as we drove back to base. I walked straight back to my room and left Sideswipe behind.

Maybe it wasn't a good idea. I thought it would help to get her in a better spirit but she didn't just want to see him one last time, she wants to see him every day, every single minute of her life. I sucked in a breath and turned my head away. It's hard for me too, but I know I will see Sunny soon in the Allspark. "Sideswipe," Optimus gestured me to come over. "How is she doing?" he asked. "How she's doing? Bad. She doesn't accept he's gone. She thinks live isn't worth anything without. She lost so many loved ones and Sunstreaker helped her through her first grief but now he's gone... I think she might even try to kill herself to be with him again."

Optimus sucked in a breath. "Can't you bring him back? You can do it with the matrix. Save my life and hers." Optimus looked at me again. "Sunstreaker is at the bottom of the Mariana trench. Shortly after we was dead and Ratchet confirmed it, I transported him to the coast where a boat was waiting. He was too damaged," Optimus said. I looked away, "I am sorry."

"We do have another problem." I glanced at Optimus again. "Even the Decepticons feared Sunstreaker. I lost a great front liner. The Decepticons know and Starscream has been seen not too far from Washington DC," Optimus said. "What do you mean? They are planning an attack?" I asked. "They have been looking for something. We don't know what it is. As soon as they figured out we had executed Sunstreaker, they mobilized. Laserbeak must have followed me to the cost and reported the news to Megatron," Optimus sulked.

I shivered. "Having Skylar wandering around unprotected is dangerous. She's the only hybrid and if they are after her, we need to be prepared." I gave a small nod, "yes, sir."
