"Skylar?"

I halted and turned to face Sideswipe. "Lennox asked if you can drop this off at Sam's house," he said. I took the box from Sideswipe and nodded. "Alright." I opened three car. "Drive safely please." I rolled my eyes. "I will, don't worry so much, Sideswipe," I said before I hopped in the placed there box next to me. I drove off and headed for Sam's house first. Besides the brand of this car, I had to admit that the Lamborghini drives super smooth. It reacts so fast.

Fifteen minutes later, I pulled up in Sam's drive way and cut off the engine. "Skylar, good to see you," Sam said as he walked outside. I smiled, "yeah, it's been a while," I said and handed him the box. "You'd like to come inside?" he asked. "Sure, why not." Sam looked at the car. "You got an upgrade," he said and pointed at the Lamborghini. "It's not my car... but Sideswipe convinced Lennox I can drive it." Sam hummed and looked over the car. "It remains you of Sunstreaker?" he asked. "Yeah, it does... just a black version I guess," I said. "And Sideswipe actually agreed with this all? I thought he wouldn't." I cocked my head to the side. "Why wouldn't he?" I asked.

"Well, considered the fact you're grieving and still didn't get over Sunstreaker's death. He was worried about you," Sam said with a shrug. "I am fine." Sam grabbed my wrist. "You call this fine?" He asked. I smoothed the sleeve down over the fresh wounds. "I feel fine," I repeated. "If you say so," Sam said and followed me inside. I had some tea and chatted with Sam and his parents until I got a phone call from someone anonymous. I picked up anyway. "Hello?" There was no one on the other side.

I sighed and disconnected the call only to be called moments later again by the same anonymous number. I sighed, "who is it?" Sam asked. I shook my head, "I don't know..." I muttered. "No one is talking on the other side," I muttered and shrugged. "Well, maybe someone is inpatient and waiting for you. Don't you have a busy schedule?" Sam asked. "Yeah, perhaps. I better get going then, but it was nice talking to you," I said. Sam gave a small nod and let me out. "See you around, Skylar," he said. I nodded and hopped in the car.

I pulled out of the drive way and as I wanted to leave, the car sped up. I kicked on the brakes and car responded to it. "What was that..." I scowled mostly to myself. I drove off again and everything seemed back to normal so I forgot about it. I returned to the base at 4 PM and parked. I shut the door and locked the car.

The next following days, I didn't had much reason to leave the base and was mostly hanging out with Sideswipe. Today however, I was finally able to have a drive again. Once I arrived in the hanger, there was a soldier standing next the car. "What are you doing?" I asked. The soldier glanced at me. "It's not your car," he said and snitched the keys from my hand. "Excuse me?" I asked, rather shocked. He pushed me out of the way before I could even do or say something.

He hopped in and just drove off. As realization hit me, I felt mostly anger but he was right, this isn't my car. I turned around and stormed off. Sideswipe obviously spotter my upset state and snitched me off the ground. "What's going on?" He asked. "This soldier took the car. He snitched the keys from my hands and drove off!" I hissed. "Hey, calm down, okay?" He asked. I sighed and looked up at him. "I am sure he will return the car soon."

I sighed. "Shall I drop you off at the mall? I have to go on a patrol," he said. "Yeah, sure." Sideswipe transformed around me and drove off. "You do realize that it's not your car, right?" He asked. "Yeah, I know." Sideswipe's holoform appeared next to me. "It's not Sunny either." I rolled my eyes. "Stop telling me that, Sideswipe. I know it's not Sunny," I grumbled. "Sometimes I feel like you keep having hope," he added. "Is that bad?" I asked. "You don't accept he's gone. It's not healthy to see every Lamborghini as Sunstreaker. I get it, it hurts, but it's not healthy."

I sighed and looked away. Sideswipe grabbed my sleeve and lifted it. "That proved my theory." I rolled my eyes and pulled my arm back. "The energon heals it," I sulked. "Perhaps..." he stopped at the mall and dropped me off. "Thank you, Sideswipe." I kissed his cheek. "Be careful." I hummed and hopped out. I went to the first shop walked around before I tried on some clothing.

Jean shorts with a a blue halter croptop. I left the fitting room and looked at myself in the big mirror. As I focused more on the mirror, I saw someone standing behind me. He looked precisely like Sunstreaker. I turned around and the person wasn't there. I scanned the shop. My heart was beating like crazy. Sideswipe is right, this is messing with my mind. I still have hope and I will always have hope but deep down, I know Sunstreaker is taken from me and will never return.

I left the shop shortly after what happened and wandered for two hours before I headed towards the parking lot and take a short cut to the bus stop. Along the way, I got the same call I got before but no one on the other side was saying anything. I just decided to ignore it. I walked down the street and I got called over and over again. I picked up, "it's funny..." I snapped. I stopped walking. "Please, stop calling me," I sighed before I disconnected the call again.
