A/n: I am going to announce it again, the next few chapters can be very disturbing so be warned.

This chapter seems like a backstory but is very important for later in the story. I put a little Easter egg in it.

- The past, 19 million of years ago -

"DADDY! You hurt me!" I screamed, trying to crawl away. He grabbed me and started to take out his anger on me. I screamed in pain. Sideswipe was sitting in the corner, legs high to his chest and optics wide with fear. He threw me on the ground when he had finished and stepped over me. Tears ran down my face. "You useless piece of scrap!" he sneered. "You have been hurting me for hours..." I cried. "So?" he asked, glaring at me. "I just wanted a new red crayon," I sobbed. "You don't get one because you didn't deserve!" He shouted. "But Jetfire got a new one," I whispered. "Is he my child?!" he shouted. I flinched and crawled under the table. "I asked said 'please' I did nothing wrong," I whispered. "You did! You are a spoiled brat!" he sneered.

"I just love drawing... I wanted to finish my drawing... it was for you," I sobbed. "How many times do I need to tell you I don't want your stupid drawings!" he hissed. I curled up, "I want you to love me too," I cried. He grabbed me and slammed me against the wall. "Love you? I sick monster like you?" he spat out. He dropped me and kicked me before walking off. I ran upstairs and slammed the door shut behind me. I screamed and kicked against the wall, tearing my drawings apart before sitting in a dark corner, back towards the door. "Sunny?" Sideswipe asked quietly as he wheeled in.

"Get out!" I screamed. Sideswipe ignored me. "You're not a monster," he murmured. "I said, get out!" I sneered. My brother sat down on his bed, looking at me. "I am a monster... you should be afraid of me," I snapped. "You're not..." he mumbled. I huffed and stared at the wall for a very long time until I got up. "I wanna hurt someone." Sideswipe cocked his head to the side. "Slapping someone is bad," he said in a matter-of-fact tone. "Not you... I want to hurt some as in... really hurt someone. I just feel that way," I said, walking up to him. "How do you mean hurt someone?" he asked. I grabbed the scissors off the table. "Do you think it will hurt if I hit someone with this?" I asked, looking at it. "I don't know, I think so," Sideswipe replied. I hummed and ran my digit over the sharp side of the scissors.

I placed it in my subspace and looked at Sideswipe, smiling. "Let's play outside! Maybe the other twins are there as well!" I chirped. Sideswipe ran after me downstairs and we left the house. We played hide and seek for some time until we bumped into an older sparkling. "Watch it, punk!" The mech pushed me on the ground and glared at me. "Hey!" I snapped, getting back on my feet. He laughed at me. "You are so ugly!" he laughed. I flinched and looked at the ground. I felt the urge to hurt someone. To hurt him. I made a fist of my servo's as he passed, still laughing. From my subspace, I grabbed the scissors and followed the mech towards the park. "Hey! You!" I shouted. The mech turned around and smirked.

I stabbed the scissors in his neck. Pulling it out, the mech gasped and reached for his neck while collapsing onto the ground. My optics widened as I stared at the mech, bleeding out. After a few minutes, his optics turned gray and his body numb. I stared at the body for some time before looking at the scissors in my servo. I crouched down and touched him, trying to see if he was truly offline or not. I just offline a mech. A strange feeling rose up. A feeling of power and strength, but also bravery. Satisfied I turned around and walked off, putting the scissors back in my subspace. I looked behind me one more time at the sound of something but saw nothing.

"Sideswipe!" I ran up to him. "We promised to stay in our neighborhood!" he stated and placed his servo's on his hips. "I need to tell you something! Come to our secret hideout!" I said and dragged him with me towards the playground in front of our home. "What is so important?" he asked confused. "You need to promise me something, Sideswipe," I began. He cocked his head to the side and raised an optic ridge. "Which is?" he asked. "This is our secret, okay? Can I trust you?" I asked. He nodded and made an 'X' over his spark area. I smiled and gestured him to come too close. "I offline a mech... in the park."

He stared at me before he started to laugh. "Why are you laughing?" I asked. "You are just trying to be cool!" he mocked and gave me a challenging look. "Come with me..." he frowned as I got up and walked off. Sideswipe skated after me. We reached the park and I pointed at the mech. Sideswipe next to me looked at the body before looking at me. "You hurt a mech?" he asked. "I didn't only hurt him... I offlined him.  I am a monster, remember? Daddy hurts me too, so why can't I hurt other mechs?" I asked. "Because hurting other mechs is wrong, right?" he asked. "No but he's a bad mech... bad mechs dies," I said in a matter-of-fact tone. "I don't know about this, Sunny. Is he really offline?" he asked, walking over to the mech and touched him as he crouched down beside him.

"I liked to do it..."
Sideswipe glanced at me. "Really?" he asked. I nodded and shrugged my shoulders. Sideswipe poked the mech for a moment but there was no reaction. "He's really offline," he said, getting back up. "I know... and I did it!" I stated proudly. Sideswipe bit his lip. "I am not afraid of anything," I stated. "You are! For dark spaces," he stated, pointing at me. I gave him a look, "You know what I mean," I snapped. "Sideswipe, this will not be my last victim. I am going to do it again, okay?" he asked. He frowned a little. "Because I am a monster!"
