Sideswipe and I looked up by hearing motion. "What's going on?" I sat up and looked at Sideswipe. "I have absolutely no idea," he replied. I slid off his hood and followed him. "What's going on?" Sideswipe asked. Ironhide looked at Sideswipe. "Epps went missing." I frowned and so did Sideswipe. "Missing?" I asked. "This morning... yeah. It happens more often but he doesn't pick up his phone," Ironhide replied. I had a very bad feeling for some reason. "That's really strange." Sideswipe nodded and pulled me away from the group. "I am sure they will find him eventually, what can possibly go wrong," he snorted.

The next couple of hours, I had this nasty feeling. That strange feeling in your stomach something is off. "I feel like something is off." Sideswipe paused his game. "Why?" He asked. "It's strange Epps suddenly disappears. It's unlike him," I explained, taking a seat beside him on the bed. "Well... on the other hand... maybe he just wanted to clear his mind and ended up somewhere in a pub?" He asked. "Do you believe that?" I asked. Sideswipe bit his lip. "I am trying to be optimistic."

I hummed and watched him continue his game. Around the evening, I left to go out for a snack and I took note of how quiet it was. Too quiet in my opinion. Where is everyone? I looked over my shoulder and I believed to see a shadow disappearing in one of the hallways. I came to a stop and fully turned, staring into the direction I just saw the shadow. I bit my lip. It's probably just a soldier but that stupid feeling my tunny never left. I sighed and decided to check it out anyway.

I walked into the same hallway towards the very end. One of the doors was a little bit open but inside was no light. I waited and held Sunny's knife tightly in my hand. I heard something inside, like a footstep or whatever. I pushed the door open and peeked inside. The light for the corridor was too weak to light up the entire room. On the ground, I saw a few blood drops. Like someone has had a nose bleed. After living with a psychopath, I wasn't really spooked. When Sunstreaker was still alive, I have seen worse and have been in worse situations than this and yet, something inside of me told me not to enter this room.

Sometimes, you have this feeling that tells you something fishy is going on and I had that feeling right now even I couldn't really explain why I had that feeling. I listened for a moment and looked through the room until something caught my eyes, in the corner of the room, I saw a dark figure, looking straight at me. I couldn't see who it was, it was too dark but it was a person. This actually freaked me out enough to turn around and leave. I headed back for my room and locked the door. "Sideswipe!" I tugged on his arm. "Sweetspark, what the hell. Now I lost my game," he complained, removing his headset.

"There's something wrong... you need to come with me, please. There was this person... standing in a dark room. He was staring at me... you need to come with me and have a look," I said, hoisting him up. "What are you talking about?" he asked. "There's a person... a creepy one. You need to investigate it," I said, dragging him with me and pushed his gun in his hand. "Why do I need to investigate it?" he asked. "Because... you're a mech. You don't shit yourself." He snorted, "Unlike my brother, I am able to experience sadness, empathy and fear," he said. "Don't be a pussy. There was blood on the ground and I have lived long enough with Sunstreaker to know when something is off," I snapped.

"Okay, okay... I am just messing with you," he laughed, but I wasn't amused. As soon as he noticed the look on my face, he stopped and quietly followed me. I pointed at the room, the door was closed and that was not how I had left it. "Sideswipe... someone is in there," I whispered. "You're scared?" he asked and raised a brow. I didn't reply/ "You actually saw something?" he looked back at the door. "You think I am trying to prank you?" I asked. "I thought you were joking, yes," he said. "I am not joking." I took a step back and gestured him to open the door but he hesitated. "Maybe we should call in Prime," he said.

"Just open the damn door and be a mech," I snapped. He sighed and reached for the door handle. "A figure?" he asked. I nodded rapidly. "I believe he was holding a knife... it was too dark for me to see who it was or what he was holding," I said in a whisper. Sideswipe sighed and pushed open the door. Just like before, the room was dark and the light from the corridor wasn't able to light up the entire room. "Skylar... don't be such a chicken," Sideswipe said as he turned around to face me again. "I know what I saw, Sideswipe," I snapped. The silvery twin switched on the lights and looked around. "Nothing here, come on in." he gestured for me to walk in. I just wasn't convinced nor felt save. "It's okay, come on in," he said. I sighed softly and slowly stepped inside the room.

"The figure was standing right there... looking at me." I pointed at the corner. Sideswipe followed my gaze before he pointed his eyes on the ground. "Blood. You were right about that," he muttered and looked at the bathroom door. "You think there's a body in there?" I asked. "Oh come on... my brother is dead so there's no one else at the base to actually kill someone. What would the notice be?" he mocked. I shrugged, "a copycat?" I asked. Sideswipe gave me a really look and walked over to the bathroom door. "Chicken," he mocked. I crossed my arms and watched him open the door and switch on the lights. He instantly froze. "What? Trying to prank and scare me?" I mocked.

All the color drained from Sideswipe's face like he had just seen a ghost. "Sideswipe?" I walked up to him and peeked into the bathroom. Blood was everywhere and body parts too. On the toilet seat was a head displayed. Epps his head...
