Olivia
Today is the last day of school, the last day of high school for Alex...ever.
I can't wait to see him in his cap and gown walking across the stage.
He deserves this.
In first period Mr. Shields talks about how proud he was of our projects.
I got my grade back the other day and he said mine was the best out of all of them.
Educational praise is such an amazing feeling.
"You'll be at the party tonight?" Naomi asks from beside me and I nod.
She wiggles her eyebrows, "And Alex?"
I sigh, "Yes Naomi, Alex will be there."
Naomi is throwing an end of the year party tonight to celebrate the school year being over.
Cora and I didn't go last year but we figured we'd go this year.
The guys and Stevie are coming along as well.
Alex agreed but only if I stayed by his side all night.
Like I would want to be anywhere other than with him the whole night.

When lunch comes around I decide to sit with Alex.
It's the last time we'll sit here together.
"Hey pompoms." Willy says as he takes his seat.
"How do you feel about finally being done with school?" I ask him and he shrugs, "No more tests."
"Until college." Ben says, putting his tray on the table before sitting.
Toby groans, "Don't remind me."
Stevie giggles as they sit down.
Alex comes over a moment later and sits down beside me.
"Hey." He says before placing a kiss on my cheek.
"Hi." I smile at him.
Toby clears his throat, "Liv can I talk to you for a moment?"
I nod slowly and we both stand.
Looking back at Alex he shrugs his shoulders.
We walk out to the stairwell by the cafeteria.
"I wanted to say that im sorry." He says and I almost stumble back.
"What?"
He runs a hand down his face, "I was a jerk to you last year and I'm sorry."
My brows pinch together, "Oh."
"Oh?" He asks and I nod.
"So are we ok?" He asks and I laugh, "I wouldn't have let Stevie near you if we weren't ok. I've moved on from it." I say truthfully.
He was an ass before but I guess over the course of this year things have changed.
I said before I don't hold grudges...except when it comes to Naomi.
"Good." He says before pulling me in for an awkward hug.
"What's happening?" I ask and he laughs, "I have no clue."
He pulls back and I see the sincerity in his eyes, "I really am sorry Liv."
I give him a smile, "Thank you."
