After my shower I change into sweats before heading to my room to go to sleep.

It's late for me, midnight is really late for me.

I am one of those people that gets tired super easily.

Most people would say its a curse but I like to think of it as a blessing.

When I sleep I get to escape life, at least for a little while

Plus at least im not like one of those people who can't sleep.

I hear rustling out back and I push the curtains out of the way to look out the window.

What the fuck?

Olivia is climbing up the latter to the tree house. She's still in her dress but is now wearing chuck's instead of heels.

She looks a little unsteady so I watch her closely.

When she comes back down I see something in her hands.

From here though I can't quite make out what it is.

Once she disappears around the house I run down stairs and peer out the front window.

She stops in front of a burly man before handing him....money?

He takes it before saying something else.

She nods and he gives her a smirk before walking away.

When he's gone out of sight I see her shoulders relax.

Then she turns and starts walking back in the direction of her house.

She's going back home?

I throw on a hoodie and my white air forces before heading outside and catching up to her.

"Olivia wait." I say and she freezes.

"Alex go back inside." She says not looking at me.

I don't, instead I walk around to face her. Her eyes are puffy and red and her cheeks are flushed.

Has she been crying?

She bows her head not meeting my eyes.

"Just please go inside." She whispers.

She sounds defeated.

"Who was that guy Olivia? What happened? Are you ok?" I ask.

She doesn't say anything.

Grabbing her chin I tilt her face up so she has to look at me.

Her lower lip quivers and she shakes her head out of my grip.

"It's stupid."

"Doesn't seem stupid to me." I counter.

She sighs before turning and walking away.
