They're so tiny, these words.
Some would even think they're harmless.
Spitting them off mindlessly,
Without thinking over it deeply.
They seem so innocent,
When you look at them first.
They may seem something made of air,
So why would anybody care?
Words are a collection of letters,
That have different kinds of powers.
They can make and break,
Also bend then remake.
Words have the power of mending people's soul,
Heal their scars and again make them whole.
Words have the power to destroy people's lives,
With the right pokes, you can blow people's minds.
Words are the things that should be handled with care,
And be conservative with them and fair,
As they're so delicate yet so precise,
When they get into heads and hearts they slice.
