Circle

"Alright, everyone sit in a circle"
Everyone sat down, I was in between Lin and Anthony.
"Okay so now we are going in introduce ourselves, then the character we play, then we'll pair up and just socialize for a few minutes." Lin said
"I'll start, my name is Lin, and I play Alexander Hamilton!"
He looked my way, silently telling me it was my turn to go.
"I'm Y/N, I don't play a part, I'm just Lin's sister and I help with costume design and choreography."
Anthony was next.
"Hey, my name is Anthony Ramos, and I play John Lauren's and Philip Hamilton."
"My name is Philipa Soo, but you can call me Pippa, and I play Eliza!"
"My name is Daveed Diggs, and I play Jefferson and Lafayette!" He had a big smile on his face when he said that. He had a pretty smile.
Everyone else in the circle went and Lin told us to pair up with someone and after 3 minutes we'd switch partners.
We all got up and got with a partner. I went with Leslie, he was funny. He could hold a conversation well and was very energetic.
Next was Antony. I looked over to Lin and he was with Daveed.
Lucky him
Anthony was sweet. I could tell he wasn't as comfortable as Leslie was, but I'm sure that would come with time. Otherwise we was super nice.
Next was Pippa. Then Oak. Then Finally Daveed.
"Hey" I said
"Hey!" He seemed hyper
"How are you?" I asked, slightly more energetic, maybe his energy was radiating off onto me.
"I'm fantastic, and you?"
"Same as you!"
"Good good. So you're Lin's little sister?"
"We're twins actually, but technically I'm younger"
"Gotcha, so you're just helping him out with this?"
"Yeah, he's worked his ass off to get here, so I'm here for assistance!"
"That's sweet."
"Yeah don't get used to it." I laughed at my own joke and he followed my actions.
"So tell me about yourself." he said
"Well, i was born here, but moved to Chicago for a few years, left, came back here, now I live with Lin! How about you?"
"We'll I grew up in Oakland. Graduated from Brown in 2004, and I live with my friend that I met there."
"Why'd you audition for this?" I said and chuckled.
"I wanted to try something new, make a name for myself, get a fresh start."
I tilted my head to the side while he was talking. He was so intriguing.
Then the alarm on Lin's phone went off, telling us it was time to switch.
We finished and Lin let us go back stage to do whatever we wanted.
I didn't have a dressing room, for obvious reasons, but I did have a room for costume design. I was exhausted, so I just wanted to go home.
"Hey Lin, I'm gonna head home. Have fun though!"
"How am I going to get home. We only brought my car."
I froze as I was about to walk off the stage. He was right. We only brought his car.
"I can drive you home, I'm leaving anyway."
I turned around slowly to see that Daveed was holding his car keys in his hand with a smile on his face.
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah of course, let's go."
"Okay!"
I started walking off stage to head out the door, when Lin tapped on my shoulder.
"Don't do anything stupid." He said while glaring at me.
"Love you too Linny!" I said while rolling my eyes and walking away.
