thank you so so much to everyone that has read this story. it's a very heartfelt story to me and i've really appreciated people taking time to read it.
what truly triggered me to write this was finding a tiktok that had said something along the lines of this, "if you were to write a book about your first love what would the sentence be."
the user of the video was @ tictokisoursafeplace
and as much as this story is not a love/romance type writing, some comments on it had reminded me of the scenario of this story.
which is why i in the end wrote and published this.
i will add too, writing this story has been very very therapeutic towards me and my mental space. i will probably end up reading this myself - even if i know how it ends.
