(A/N) Alrighty, here's the last part like I promised. I hope you guys like it because I enjoyed writing these three certain chapters. You're slowly meeting the new characters and you will meet new evil ones as well soon.
P.s. I'm so happy you guys finally met one of my favorite characters; King Valeo!
(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
I hope you like him too. It's totally okay too if you didn't. Let me know what you think in the comments.
Enjoy reading!
(Third Person's P.O.V)
The three were left alone. King Valeo and Princess Valerie briefly looked at each other and King Valeo immediately understood.
"I'll leave you guys to talk. I'll hang out with your dragon for a while." Said King Valeo, going to his daughter's dragon.
Ezekiel's eyes grew in panic. "W-Wait-"
King Valeo already walked away after giving two thumbs up while mouthing the words, "You can do it."
Ezekiel was looking everywhere but her.
Princess Valerie pursed her lips, suppressing her lips from tugging up in mirth.
"I... uhmm..." Ezekiel trailed off uneasily.
"You don't have to be so awkward, Your Highness. I just came here to meet you." Princess Valerie said.
Ezekiel looked at her, feeling slightly shy.
Princess Valerie bit her lower lip, feeling more amused. "Well, since my father already told my name, let me properly introduce myself to you." She began. "I'm Princess Valerie Shanaia Lazair Smith of Sevezrean City, eldest daughter of King Valeo and Queen Lannea." She bowed as she made a deep obeisance just like she did earlier with King Zayden and Queen Fiona.
Ezekiel's eyes went big with her bowing. "I'm Ezekiel-"
"Prince Darklight Azariah Ezekiel Luvio- no, Smith now, is it?" Princess Valerie cut him off.
"Y-Yeah. Just Ezekiel please." He replied.
Princess Valerie nodded. "Prince Ezekiel, it is."
"No, just Ezekiel. Cut the prince." Ezekiel quickly said.
"Sorry, can't do that. Even if we have to pretend like brothers and sisters." Princess Valerie said.
Ezekiel scratched the back of his head while standing there awkwardly. "Aren't you being a bit formal? I thought we're supposed to be sisters and brothers like you said? Do you treat your little brother the same?" He asked, knowing King Valeo had two kids.
Princess Valerie snorted. "Hell, no! I treat him as the nuisance that he is."
Ezekiel blinked at her. "Do you not get along?" He asked carefully.
Princess Valerie shook her. "Pft! We get along pretty well, it's just a different sibling love and hate kind of relationship."
Ezekiel was unsure what to say. "O-okay? Then can you please don't be so formal with me? You may not like me using your father's name or this lie and idea of me being a 'fake' adopted son-"
"Woah, woah, woah. You're going a bit over yourself there, Your Highness. I'm not against this plan or lying at all. If it means to protect you, then I'll go with it." Princess Valeriecut him off. "Actually, my family knows about you or this thing going on with you and my father, so you don't have to worry too much about us disliking you or this plan." Even my mother who hadn't even met you yet already adores you, she added in her head.
