SNOH
"Smart woman... not only did you bring me snacks, but also a change of clothing so I'm comfortable in my land-dweller form," Koia muttered through a mouthful of freshly-baked cookies that I brought along with me from the Saunlor kitchen on my way to this random part of the academy grounds.
It was isolated and connected to a nearby ocean as what Saam had informed me, which made it a great place to summon Koia and get a little privacy while doing so.
"I thought it would be nice for you to take a look at the grounds. But you can't do it bare-bodied without drawing suspicion, hm?" I questioned her as I handed her the garment I had prepared for her to wear along with a pair of matching shoes so she could walk comfortably; Clouiths was so expansive, there was definitely a lot of walking involved in order to get around efficiently.
Through her full mouth, Koia nodded, "I guess that would alarm students." She looked over to the tree where Saam was perched upon looking down at us curiously.
She brought her hand up and waved to him, "Hell again, Saam!" She said joyously.
Saam hooted promptly, "Hello, Siren woman." He replied before turning his attention away.
I giggled, "He says hello back." I replied to her when she returned her gaze back to me and the attire I had ready for her. Koia finished chewing her treats and took a deep breath, a soft glowing light manifested at the lower portion of her body where her tail was located.
I observed as her tail slowly separated from itself, revealing her slender brown legs. The scales that once splayed all over her skin and chest had also dissipated leaving her bare in her land dweller form. Koia quickly grabbed the clothing and placed it over her body along with tying together the shoes before attempting to stand up.
She was having a bit of difficulty, so I got up and aided her. She thanked me softly, her legs wobbling a bit as they fought to remain still. "It's been a while since I walked, give me a moment." She informed me.
I gave her all the time she needed, taking a few steps with her so she could get used to the motion again before she was more comfortable with walking by herself. She took the remainder of the snacks I had brought for her and placed them in her hands so she could continue eating.
"You have such a sweet tooth," I commented as we began walking out of the forest area.
Koia's eyes were everywhere as she took in the vastly new and expanding scenery, "My home is filled with salt water, the sweetness is such a contrast, I can't help but be enamored by its vibrant taste." She replied simply as we continued walking side by side.
Eventually, we made it out of the forest, and slowly the place began to light up more and so did Koia's eyes. Excitedly, she rushed over to the large buildings now quiet with students either studying or winding down for bed. "Wow! Look at this... am I really at Clouiths?!" She asked with an amused grin.
I smiled brightly, "I was just as astounded when I first reached here. It's extremely large and I am still unable to see the entirety of it all." I said to her. I let Koia admire everything in a hushed giggle as I observed my surroundings, ensuring no one else was around to check if she was a student here or not; I didn't want to get in trouble, but I also didn't' want an entire scandal to unfold knowing the reclusiveness of the Siren population.
