Jeno tapped his foot nervously, his backpack slung across his shoulder as he stood outside of Renjun's dorm.
In his right hand, he held an expensive set of colored pencils.
Jaemin stood beside him, wishing he could take a picture of this moment.
The human glanced over at him and rolled his eyes. "Leave me alone okay?" He defended.
The angel snorted. "What's this about? I didn't even say anything." He responded.
Jeno huffed. "Your face says it all, and I'm nervous alright?"
Jaemin cooed. "Isn't that sweet? You care about someone for once." He said as he clapped his hands softly.
The human grumbled, his eyes settling on the glowing numbers on the angel's chest.

Jaemin followed his gaze and quickly covered up his chest. "Hey, don't worry about that right now. Just think about your future boyfriend, I'm glad he's helping you enjoy your life again."
Jeno nodded wordlessly, the numbers still stuck in his head as the angel disappeared again, probably back to the dorm room.
He started to pace as he waited for Renjun to come out of the dorm. It was the first day of school, and he was waiting for him so they could eat lunch together and then walk to class.
After last year, they had gotten a lot closer over the summer. In fact, they got so close that Jeno started to develop feelings.
Now, he was waiting with a present to confess to him.
It was a very sudden and impulsive idea, but Xiaojun, Hendery and Yangyang, who he had also become close with after Renjun introduced them, had also supported the idea.
He looked down at the set of pencils, turning it over in his hands. It had cost him quite a bit of money but he knew that the Chinese male liked making art so he bought them anyway.
Did I put too much effort?
Before he had time to regret his decisions further, the door to Renjun's dorm opened and the male stood there, a bright smile on his face.
"Hi Jeno!" He greeted, closing his door as the Korean male smiled back.
"What are those for?" He asked as he nodded to at the colored pencils.
"Oh, actually Renjun, there was something I wanted to talk to you about." Jeno said, a blush creeping up his cheeks as they walked down the hallway.
"Sure! What's up?" The brunet replied.
"Sorry, can we do it once we get outside?" He said as he gestured to the other students in the corridor.
Renjun nodded and they walked downstairs, talking about what they wanted to eat for lunch.
"So... what did you want to say earlier?" He asked as they got outside, stopping under a tree.
