Chapter 4 - Peaches

It had been a few weeks since the pics were approved and today they would be every where. They each had their own billboard and a group one. They needed to get more shots done for the album and a few magazine features.

V was driving Shigaraki to the photoshoot, "We need to make a quick detour."

"Oh yeah, where to?"

"You'll see in a few minutes, we're close." She was excited because as much as he begged she hadn't shown him the pictures. They were going live today and she had the time his billboard would be up. "Ok close your eyes."

"Should I be nervous? "

"Of course not, you should be excited." They turned the corner and there it was. She parked and turned his head, "ok, open your eyes."

His eyes got huge, "WOW! I don't know what to say. Fuck! Is that what I look like?"

V couldn't tell if that was a good or bad thing, "You don't like it?"

"No ... no I mean I do, I just don't see myself like that. Is that how you see me?" He looked at her, she was the best thing to happen to him. He pulled her into a hug, "Thank you."

"You don't need to thank me, I just capture the real you."

"I mean it, thank you." He looked back at the billboard, he always felt like he was an invisible blur and no one ever looked at him. V saw him, even before he talked to her she had seen HIM. "Are we close by everyone else's?"

She laughed as he took out his phone to take a picture, "I think we pass by the group shot but we aren't close to the others. And before you ask we don't have time, we're going to be late. I sent Togo to see Jin's and Nikki is taking Keigo to his, I think she sent Dabi to his. So everyone will see their ginormous self."

"I can't wait to see their's, this is crazy."

Today was magazine interview/shoot so V was just there for moral support. While there Kai found her and wanted to talk to her.

"You did an amazing job with the guys. You have a good eye, Shigaraki looks really good."

"Thank you sir. He's a great guy so that made it easy."

"What I wanted to talk to you about was Dabi. I need him to be the main focus. So when you make Shigaraki look good I need you to make Dabi look better. Also I can't have them fighting with each other so you need to figure out this triangle situation. All I care about is them being a strong unit and being successful. I didn't think anyone would break down Shigaraki's wall but you have quickly become important to him. I don't want to see him get hurt. Understand."

Did V sense a little sadness when he said he didn't want Shigaraki to get hurt? "Yes, sir. I will keep everything platonic. I only want what's best for them, I'm just thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this."

He looked her over, "See that it's resolved, I don't want to have to step in and fix it my way." With that he walked away.

V sighed and thought he can be pretty scary but at least he wasn't mean about the whole thing. Honestly, she had been avoiding Dabi as much as she could. Mostly because she was embarrassed that she kissed him. She didn't know what came over her but in that moments that's all she could think about. Wanting to feel his lips against hers, wanting to know how he tasted. She sat back and closed her eyes, getting lost in that memory.

"What has you smiling like that?"

She jumped and sat up, "Fuck. Dabi don't scare me like that."

"Were you thinking of me? I know, I'm unforgettable."

"What?! Hush up, no. I was just trying to relax a little." She was still trying to calm down, did he really know or was he just being his arrogant self.
