Chapter 17 - Rescued

V started moving and let out a groan. Her head was pounding and her body felt like it was on fire. She tried to bring her hands to her head but couldn't move. She quickly opened her eyes but could only see out of one. She tried to look around but realized she was strapped down to a table. A strap across her head, chest, hips, legs and ankles. Also her hands were handcuffed to the sides of the table. She tried to look around and not panic but all she could tell was that she was in some sort of old operating room? Or was it a kitchen of some type? She remembers leaving a message for Dabi, hopefully he understood her message and was trying to look for her. Then nothing, wait no that's not true.

She closed her eyes shut trying to recall the memory. The trunk, she was in the trunk and it opened, the sun was blinding. Someone grabbed for her and she grabbed the trunk door and pulled it down so hard it bounced off that person's arm. That was her moment to run, she fell out of the trunk and tried to run but there were more people close by and one grabbed her.

"You're so pathetic Yu, you let her get the upper hand." The one holding her had said and what sounded like 3 others laughed at that. That was it, her one chance to save herself was gone.

One of them quickly injected her with something, "There now she'll sleep, maybe we can have some fun with her."

Again the one holding her spoke, "Back off, the boss said no one is to touch her. He wants to do it himself."

"I was only half kidding. Whatever, I'm dumping the car with Yu and grabbing a drink. Maybe I'll get lucky."

"You mean pay for it." The rest laughed again.

That was it, she was out again. Now she's tied up in a room alone. Fuck, how is she going to get out of here? Suddenly she heard footsteps, she panicked and started to struggle against her restraints.

"Oh you're awake, I thought Sora had given you too much. He's quite useless at times."

"Kai," she hissed, "you snake. You better let me go."

"Or what? What will happen? You can't escape and I'm ready to go to jail. After I kill you I'm going to pin this on Enji, Dabi will be pushed over the edge and either kill him or me. Or maybe both. Either way I'll have my revenge. But before all that I'm not going to waste this opportunity to see what the human body can take."

V's face dropped, "What ... what do you mean?"

Kai had a malicious smile across his face, "I've already put small cuts in your arms to see if you'd react while you were out. Surprisingly you only reacted when I went too deep. That's why I thought that idiot had given you too much."

"You are a real monster." V started struggling again, she was hoping for a bit of luck to get out of this.

"Now this is going to hurt, I'm gonna make your smile a little bigger. Girls never smile enough these days." He walked towards her with a scalpel.

"Stay away from me." She tried to move but it was pointless she was practically a part of this table.

"Shh maybe it will hurt less if you don't struggle."

V screamed for help but Kai saw this as his chance and move so fast V didn't process what just happened to her. In less than a second he had put the scalpel in her mouth and pulled towards him. Her mouth was opened from the corner of her lip to mid cheek. V screamed out in pain, she wanted to bring her hand and hold her face.

"Well see it wasn't that bad, you didn't even feel it for a moment." Kai was ready to make a matching cut on the other side when he heard a loud explosion. Suddenly one of his men ran in.
