Chapter 2 - Scars of an Angel

"Hey what's going on Nik?"

Things had went well with the site launch. Luckily V was able to do the edits at home and didn't need to make any in person visits. She would see Dabi on the calls when Nikki and Keigo were discussing which shots to use. When Dabi would start to suggest retaking shots of him alone Keigo would call him crazy and tell him it was perfect. In fact Nikki and Keigo agreed the best shots were the ones where the girls were all over him. This made V roll her eyes but no one noticed.

Things were going perfect for Nikki and she was their main photographer, Keigo insisted. Those two really hit it off and enjoyed each other's company. V took care of the edits and occasionally helped keep the site updated.

"You know I'll help you with anything but don't you have a professional that can help you with the photoshoot?"

"Ok fine, I'll help. I'll be there ... you're welcome. I love you too."

Nikki was able to snag a time slot at this cool old hotel but there was no way she would be able to do group and solo shots in a few hours. She only trusted V to capture the perfect shots for the band. V did love that hotel and it would be a dream to do a photoshoot there. Plus she would be helping Nikki out so she agreed. Hopefully she would be in charge of Shigaraki and Jin but would do what was needed.

Before bed she made sure she had all her equipment ready to go. She was looking at the rooms online and one really stood out to her, it reminded her of a grand ballroom. How cool would it look to have their grunge look in that room. She started imagining Dabi with tight leather pants, open shirt to show off his tattoos and body and messy hair with that annoyingly cute smirk.

"What the frick V!!! NO!" She put her face in her hands and growled. Why was she thinking of him like that? She turned off everything and headed to bed. She was just exhausted and needed rest. She hoped she wouldn't have to be alone with him after that image but laying there thinking about it she smiled and went to sleep.

V got to the hotel and was so focused on making sure she grabbed everything she didn't notice someone walking up and jumped.

"Do you need help?"

"Oh my gosh, sorry you scared me. Toga right?"

"Oh sorry, yes that's me. Can I help you? The boys are already inside, Jin just left his favorite gloves in the car."

"I can pull this but I could use help with the doors. How are you?"

"Good, I'm so excited for them. They really enjoy making music but aren't concerned with the fame. They just want to bring happiness to the world. You know music is a universal language and can do wonders for a person."

"Music is life, imagine how gray the world would be without it."

"YES, EXACTLY!! See you get it. You know I think we could be great friends."

"Normally I shy away from energetic bubbly people but ever since that party I've felt the same way." Which was true, V didn't like most overly excited types but Toga had an energy about her that was surprisingly calming.

As they got everything inside and set up Toga went to see who else needed help. Nikki was talking to Keigo and their manager Kai. He seemed very anal but he just liked things done in an orderly way, he was very particular and clean. V decided to relax for a minute alone but that didn't last long.

"Want to suffer in silence together?"

V looked up to see Shiggy leaning against the wall looking away from her. "Is that how I come off? I always wondered, I don't mind."
