Third-person P.O.V~

Lightning struck the earth as Raiden appeared, holding Y/n by his ear as he began to drag him, making Y/n groan in pain before she yelled out.

Y/n:" Raiden, could you please fuckin' loosen up your grip!"

Raiden:" Shut up."

Y/n:" No!"

Raiden growled as he used lightning to shock Y/n, making him shut up as Raiden dragged him into a building. Y/n looked around to see several shoulders around him getting geared up before he turned his eyes and gulped before whispering to himself.

Y/n:" Oh shit."

Y/n looked to see Tifa and Cloud getting their weapons and armored clothing on. Tifa's eyes locked with Y/n's as he gulped, and Tifa looked slightly angry as she spoke.

Tifa:" Y/n, what are you doing here? Did you do something?"

Y/n:" What no!"

Y/n was about to speak, but Raiden dragged him away to a room away from Tifa. Raiden entered a room, and he threw him to the ground.

Y/n:" Ow! That hurt you mother fuck-"

Raiden:" Finish that sentence; you will not live to regret it."

Y/n sighed and looked down before he looked at the thunder god and calmly spoke.

Y/n:" What do you want, Raiden?"

Raiden's eyes narrowed as he looked at Y/n and spoke.

Raiden:" You have endangered Earthrealm with your battle with Shao Kahn. Because you quote "defeated" him now he is has given two options give, you to him, and he will leave us alone, or we will have to fight him and his army."

Y/n:" So let me get this straight, you are going to sacrifice me for your greater good?"

Raiden:" Normally, I would; however, that has been deemed inappropriate."

Y/n:" I see."

Y/n growled as Raiden continued to speak.

Raiden:" Your friends will assist you in this battle."

Y/n looked down as he sighed to himself.

Y/n:" Understood."

Raiden:" Good, now get ready."

Y/n sighed as he exited the room and met up with his friends before getting ready for the upcoming battle.

*Timeskip*

Y/n P.O.V~

I looked down at my rope spear as I heard Cloud speak.

Cloud:" Oi, Y/n you good?"

I sighed and spoke, putting my weapon away.

Y/n:" Yeah, I'm okay."

Cloud:" Good, just checking."

I sighed as I looked over to see Kōri talking to Lucas. I looked down before I heard someone yell out.

Commander:" Everyone get into formation right now!"

I sighed as everyone in the makeshift special forces army began to march forward down the city's streets; the battle would take place. After two minutes of walking, we reached the town square; I could see over people's shoulders and saw Shao Kahn in front of an army while he spoke.

Shao Kahn:" Here me earth realmers, I wish not to battle today, just give me Y/n of the Shirai- 

Ryu, and I will not have to slaughter you all."
