Author:" Hey, everyone, I like to have little teaser's for the next story I do in the one I finish up, and this is no different expect that this is one I've wanted to do for about a year now and is going to be one of my first attempts to focus on character development mainly and storytelling through character interaction. Plus, it's oddly fitting that I'm starting this right as overwatch 2 came out yesterday. Feel free to check it out on my account when it comes out."
*Passage*
Raven charged at me as I swung Alister, but she slashed. Our blades clashed, giving me a loose grip on my blade as the sword flew into the river; I looked at the red-eyed woman and spoke.
Y/n:" Shit."
Raven grinned as she ran at me and stabbed into my chest, making me cough up blood as the dark-haired woman spoke.
Raven:" Sorry, Y/n, maybe next year."
Raven kicked me off her blade as I fell down the cliffside into the river. With a splash, I fell into the river as my blood began to leak into the water. I looked down at my blade as I thought to myself.
Y/n:( No... not again, I can't lose to Raven again.)
My hand grabbed the handle of Alister while I gritted my teeth, I thought to myself.
Y/n:( I'm not losing this time! I'm not that scared little kid anymore. I've spent so much time here; I've met many people and grown so much during my time here at overwatch academy.)
I began to think about all my friends; they've all helped me so much,
Genji...Cassidy...Lena...Sombra...Angela...Amelie, hell, even Hana. I gripped Alister's handle tighter; purple lightning was beginning to spark around the blade as I thought to myself.
Y/n:( I'm not that scared little kid anymore; I'm through being sad; it's time I stop holding back and fight for real!)
The purple lightning began to form around my body, sparking even more as my eyes began to glow red.
Y/n:( Yang, I'm going to help you, I know your pain, I see how this song and dance goes, but I'm
going to make sure there's a happy ending this time.)
Third-Person P.O.V~
Raven looked down at the river for a solid minute before beginning to walk away, turning her back as the clouds in the sky started to draw together before thunder rumbled as purple lightning danced in the sky. Raven looked up as she spoke.
Raven:" Huh, look's like there's going to be rain."
Purple lightning then came striking down from the heavens striking the river that Y/n had fallen into, making Raven turn back to the river as her eyes widened at what she saw.

Raven:" Time to get serious."
