I sat on my bed and stared out the window, deep in thought.
My phone buzzed. I picked it up to see that it was Marella calling.
"Hey Ella."
"Hi Dexy. Didn't I already tell you a few hundred times not to call me that?"
"And didn't I tell you not to call me Dexy?"
Her laugh rang out. "Fine, fine. I'm headed to the mall, wanna meet there?"
"I'll be there in 10."
"See ya."
I hung up and started panicking, which is what I do in my free time.
Marella and I had been dating for years. The rumor was true, and I did get scholarships to Harvard and Yale by the time I was fourteen. I declined them though, because I had a girlfriend and I was scared to loose her. But when I started to have feelings for Biana, I broke up with Marella. But after she rejected me, I'd begged Ella to take me back.
I hadn't told anyone yet. If Biana found out, she'd go nuts.
