"I can't believe you went to the tomb without me." I pouted as Damon and I got out of the car.

"Why are you following me?" He asked as we head up to the Gilbert's home.

"Well, my sister is trapped in the tomb, I'm bored and I'm bored. You should be happy that I gave Bonnie the moonstone." He stops in his tracks and faces me. "What?"

"Who's side are you on?" He glares at me and I chuckle.

"Damon I will always be on team Pierce, but if Bonnie can find a way to stop Klaus and possibly kill him, then it won't hurt to switch sides." He smirks at me and enters the house. I go to walk in but I'm stop by the barrier at the door.

"Oh right, looks like you can't get in." Damon smiles at me and goes to shut the door, but I stop it with my foot.

"This isn't your home." I smile and look at Elena who's sitting on the couch in the living room. "Elena, may I please come in?"

She gets up and walks to the door. "If I let you in, will your try to kill me or anyone I love?"

"You can't be serious right now. You do understand that she is worst than her sister, and she killed Jeremy!" Damon exclaims.

"That was my anger getting the best of me, I mean you would do anything to get Stefan out of that tomb right?" She looks at me then at Damon. "Besides I thought you loved me Damon?"

"That was before I spent half of my life searching for you when the truth was, you were never in that stupid tomb!" He shouts and I roll my eyes. Me and Damon were once a great couple, yes my sister used him but, I would've never done that. I actually loved him.

"Look, Yes you can come in." She takes a deep breath and I happily take a step inside. "Now how are you going to help Stefan?"

"Oh, no sweetie I was just asking you a question." I smile and pat her head as I walk in more and look around the home.

She roll her eyes and goes back and flops on the couch. "You should really lock your door." Damon says as he walks over to her and she pouts and roll her eyes."Oh, come on, pouty. At least give me two points for ingenuity."

"Do you think this is funny?" She snaps at the older Salvatore and I chuckle.

"Yes Elena. I find hilarity in the lengths that I have to go to repeatedly save your life." He says sarcastically and I join Elena on the couch.

"What does Stefan say about this?" She asked as she crossed her arms.

"We had a good laugh." He joked and I chuckle once again.

"And what did he say about Elijah still being alive?" He sits down next to her on the couch, putting his arm behind her head.

My heart nearly stops in my chest. "Did you just say Elijah?"

"Uh, yea, Why? Do you know him to?" Elena asked and my hands start to shake. "Maddison are you okay?"

"If Elijah is around than means Klaus isn't to far behind." I mumble as I get up from the couch. "Look I have to go, I'll just come back later."

"Hey! No way am I allowing you to live under my roof and you not tell me all of your secrets about these two
Ancient vampires." Damon's says and I roll my eyes.

"I need to go, I need to clear my head so I'm going bother some of your friends." Elena looks at me and I
roll my eyes once again. "No, I won't kill them. Like
I said, I'll be back tonight."
