♥️94. How can my life get any worse♥️

Rebekah, Hayley and I have just arrived at the former Mikaelson mansion, and we hop out the car and start walking toward the front porch. "I thought we was gonna have to drag you here kicking and screaming." Rebekah tells they wolf and I laugh.

"Yeah, well, we all just wanna protect me and the baby, right?" Hayley says a bit sad and I share a look with Bexs.

Bekah raises her eyebrows in disbelief. "Hey, I'm on your side, remember?"

"So, what gives?" I ask the wolf as we stop walking.

Hales sigh. "Tonight's a full moon."

"So what? You're preggers, you can't turn." Bexs informs the wolf and I nod.

"Yes, but I wanted to invite a few people over..."

"Of course. Every red-blooded American werewolf will be a bundle of fur and sharp teeth tonight, whilst your cursed Crescent Clan will be–"

"Human, but only for a few hours, and won't be again until the next full moon, so... I asked Josh to get a message out to Eve in the Bayou." Hayley explains and I raise an eyebrow.

"Josh isn't dead yet? Well good on him. I love a nice survival story." I mumbled and Bekah shoves my arm and laugh. We then notices a man wheeling a dolly out of the house.

"Who the bloody hell is that?" Rebekah asked confused.

"Kegs out back, alright?" Hayley says towards the man as she clears her throat awkwardly and turns back to Rebekah and I.

Bexs looks at her amused. "Right. It appears you weren't gonna wait for me to grant you permission to throw a kegger."

"Would've been nice to know. Maybe I could find me someone who's a man in the streets but a beast in the bed and not one who's a beast in both." The girls laugh and I just look at them with a straight face. "I'm serious."

"Listen, you all want me safe? Fine. I'll do as I'm told. I'll play damsel in the glass tower. But tonight's the one night a month that I can meet my family. Now, you could rat me out and send me to my room, or you could help me to throw one hell of a party, Rebekah."

Rebekah sighs and I nudge her arm and do my dancy dance. She laughs and Hayley joins me. "Okay, fine but I swear if one of them bite me, I'll show them a place more worst than the bloody pound." Hayley and I share a look as Bexs goes to enter the house.

"One of them did bite me." I mumble and follow Bexs into the house, with Hayley laughing behind us. "I hate this house, but I wanna take a nap before your company comes, I didn't really sleep last night."

"Help me with these clothes and I promise you could have all the sleep you want." Hayley grabs a box of clothes and I groan and follow her out back, while Rebekah goes into the kitchen.

"If I see the wolf that bit me, I'm going to kill him or her" Hayley laughs at me as she hangs up some clothes for the werewolves.

"Thanks for this Maddison, seriously. I needed a family and you were there, you even helped me find my people. I owe you so much." She smiles at me as I hang up the rest of the clothes.

"Hayley, you're holding my child. There's nothing more that I want from you. All I need is for you to be happy." She hugs me and I hug her back. "I love you Hayley, always remember that."

"I love you too." We release and starts to head back in the house, but suddenly a golden-eyed wolf appears and stares at Hales. "Hello again. I'm looking forward to meeting you soon."

She smiles at the wolf and I just stand there confused. "Okay, it's nap time." I let go of Hayley's arm and head inside. "Bekah I'm going nap!!"

"Okay!!" I shake my head at her and chuckle as I go up the stairs and lay down in Bekahs old room. I'm happy that the girls got my mind off of me and Nik for a while, I love them so much and I couldn't ask for better friends.
