I just walked out of the bathroom after a nice long shower, and Nik was sitting there on the bed. I take a deep breath and walk over to the bed and sit on side of him, I know for a fact that he won't let me rest, until he knows why I'm ignoring him and if I'm okay. "Aren't you going to say anything?" I ask in a mumble tone and he still doesn't respond.

I go to get up but he grabs my hand. "I've been going mad for days." He mumbled as he tightly held my hand tightly. "I- I thought I lost you." He looks up at me with tears in his eyes. "Then when you return back to me...you ignore me..Why?"

"Niklaus....I hate that you seen me like that. I hate that you seen me weak, and defenseless. I got turned into an original for crying out loud and it took me 4 days to kill her." I pull my hand away and walk out to the balcony. "I don't want my daughter to think that I didn't fight enough for her."

Klaus follows me and wrap his hands around my waist. He pulls me to his chest, where my back is to his front and he place his head on my shoulder as we look out into the city. "Maddison, you are the strongest person I know. Even when you were chained to that chair, you showed them that you weren't afraid." He face me towards him and wipe tears from my eyes, I didn't even know I was crying. "And that's a perfect example to show our daughter, that no matter what happens to her, she doesn't need to show them fear and even if she does it's okay."

"I'm sorry Nik." I sob out as I wrap my arms around him. He holds me tightly and rest his head on top of mines. "I should've told you where I was going, I should've told someone what was happening, but I was so shocked to hear my sister voice that nothing else mattered."

"Shhh, it's okay love. I understand that you miss your sister, but Maddison she's dead and she's not coming back." He kisses my forehead. "Promise me that you'll never do that again."

I look up at my hybrid and peck his lips. "I give you my word."

"I can't imagine a world without Maddison, I refuse to have one without you."

"I'm not going anywhere Nik, I'm yours forever." I trace my finger down his chest. "You know, I can really use a distraction."

"Are you sure love?" He moves my hair to the side and kisses my neck softly. I nod and moan quietly as he
place kisses at the base of my neck, trailing to my
collar bone and finding my sweet spot. I tangle my fingers in his hair as he hold his mouth onto my skin.

He smirked into my skin as he drew moans and sighs
from me. Klaus tugged at the bottom of my shirt and I pulled it over my head. He instantly delved for my
breasts, roughly pulling my left cup down and sucking my nipple into his mouth. I let out a guttural moan as he nipped at the now-erect nub, dragging it out with his teeth before letting it go and looking up at me with a dangerous smirk.
