"Who's he?" Bright asked while rubbing his sore waist from Beam's kick. "His kick was strong and hard."
Max, Tul, Park, and Lam looked at each other. Lam replied. "He ... Beam Baramee, medical student, Phana's best friend."
"Baramee? Baramee the casanova from Verona High?" Kongpob asked with a frown.
"You know him, Phi?" asked Tul in surprise. "Phi Arthit knows him. He and Baramee are cousins from their grandmother's side. That kid is known as a playboy, sharp-mouthed, and rebellious," Kongpob sighed while rubbing his forehead. "Why did he get to be with Forth, think he couldn't fight, and . . . what did he say? Poom's boyfriend? Who is Poom?"
"I guess . . . that's his calling for Forth," Wad muttered thoughtfully. "You see how Beam treats Forth? He really thinks Forth is a man who needs to be protected even though Forth is bigger than him," added Prem with a chuckle.
"I'm sure there's something wrong in Beam's brain," Kongpob muttered.
"W-we'll find out, Phi," Max said nervously. "We will make sure Forth attend training and give his best in the final, Phi," added Park.
Kongpob and his friends looked at their juniors and nodded. They walked away from them, but after a few steps, Kongpob turned around. "Hey Guys, give my regards to Poom and his boyfriend."
Bright laughed and pointed at his junior. "You'll be running around the field with Forth if he loses."
"100 rounds," added Wad happily.
"Without a pause," Prem continued with a laugh.
Max, Tul, Park, and Lam plopped down on the grass after the seniors had left.
"What was Beam doing just now? He thought we and the seniors ganged up on Forth?" asked Lam annoyed. "Is he crazy?"
"Does Beam not know us?" asked Tul. "Or at least heard of Forth and us? Why does he call Forth by another name?"
"How did the two of them meet?" Park asked. "What with boyfriend thing he called?"
"Forth often disappears from training and rarely joins the club with us, is it because he's with Beam? They're dating?" asked Lam.
Max woke up from his position and reached out to Tul. "Come on, we have to go and clear this up. I don't want to run around the field 100 times with Forth."
"How to?" asked Park as he helped Lam up. "We have to meet Phana and talk about this. Beam is his son. I'm sure he doesn't know that his son is ensnaring Forth."
"Beam didn't swing that way, I thought?" said Park doubtfully. "He's a casanova. He's straight, right?"
"No one can resist Forth," Lam muttered, shaking his head. "Even some of our seniors, male and female, still wish Forth to look their way."
"But this is Beam Baramee, Verona High's casanova," Tul argued. "I'm really confused.
"Let's go. I know where the dorm Phana lives in."
Meanwhile, in Beam's dorm room, Forth was sitting stretched out on the floor, facing a huge bowl of rhum raisin ice cream with lots of raisins on it.
"You have to fight back sometimes, Poom, don't let people bully you. You may be too kind and not to fight back, but they're going too far," Beam snapped.
He had just checked Forth's stomach and saw a bruise, it made him inflamed.
"Beam, those are actually...."
"Finish your ice cream, then let's sleep. I will ... uhm ... cuddle you till sleep."
Forth's face lit up and he forgot what he wanted to explain to Beam. Beam's face reddened at the way Forth was looking at him.
"Don't think like that, Forth. Just cuddle. No funny business."
"But you said I was your boyfriend."
"I'm still considering that. I told them that just so they wouldn't bother you anymore."
"Can I kiss you?"
Beam blushed like riped tomato. "Shut up, Poom, or I will banned you from the ice cream."
"Ok."
