"But, that's impossible. Beam doesn't know Forth, because he always sneaks out of the hall after I start training. He doesn't know you guys either, right?" Phana looks confused.
He looked at Kit next to him and lightly nudged Kit's waist. "You said Beam has a girlfriend?"
Kit nodded. "Beam once said that, briefly. At the time I thought he was lying and just making up an excuse to go back to being a casanova. Well, Beam is Beam. I think he mentioned her name once, but I forgot who the name was."
Lam raised an eyebrow. "We know Beam, but, well, we never really got to know him. I think he's a little cocky and distant. We never bumped each other anyway, so, practically we didn't know him. So does him to us."
"No. He's just a little wary of new people. Well, he has his reasons," Phana argued seriously. "But once you get to know him better, he's fun to make friends with. He can be weird and sharp-mouthed at times, but as long as you can stand the cranky Kit, then Beam will be fine."
Kit hits Phana's thigh hard. "Pha!"
The four in front of them laughed as Kit pouted and shifted his seat from Phana and approached Tul on the other side.
"Well, back to the theme. You guys, it seems that all this time we didn't know anything," said Park. "Our leader and your bestfriend seems like to know each other very well."
"I think something happened to Beam and Forth, judging by the way Beam defended Forth when our seniors scolded Forth because they knew Forth never attended training," continued Tul. "The problem is, it looks like Beam doesn't know who Forth is."
"Beam thought Forth was an economics student and at that time we were bullying him. Beam called us gorillas who only dared to disturb people who can't fight back," Lam continued calmly.
"Go... rilla?" Phana asked in amazement. He gulped "What are your seniors going to do to him? He even kicked Phi Bright, right? I know Phi Bright, he's... uhm, scary."
"Pha, we really have to persuade Beam to change colleges," Kit muttered. "Gajayamas University is quite good and located a bit far from here."
"Hey, calm down, Kit," Park patted Kit on the shoulder gently. "Beam did kick Phi Bright and challenge the others to a fight one by one, but they won't just kill him. Well, at least until they find out what happened between him and Forth."
"What Beam said to Forth, I think he really believed that Forth should be protected. He even promised ice cream to cheer Forth," continued Max, shaking his head. "I don't know where he got that idea from. Forth even beat up nine economic students alone because they tried to harass three of our juniors."
Phana grabs hia phone and calls Beam. The phone is off. Lam took his phone from his jacket pocket and dialed Forth. The phone is off.
The four engineering students and the two medical students in the room exchanged glances.
"It's a mess," Park muttered. "We have to fix this problem immediately." - Lam.
"I don't want your seniors to touch Beam." - Phana.
"I'll help Beam with his transfer. Or at least two semesters off." - Kit.
"I'll ask Forth, if... he's in a good mood." - Max.
"Let's form a group to inform each other about them." - Tul. "We need to fix this together. Forth is scary and Beam is crazy."
"Yeah. Beam is crazy. Damn! Why can he stop make me worry." - Phana.
Five minutes later, on each of their phones there was a new whatsapp group. Tul named the group "ForthBeam Troubles".
