"Forth? Are you home?" Park asked, knocking on Forth's door.
Forth opened the door to his room and came out carrying his guitar. "What's wrong? I'm practicing."
Lam grabbed Forth's hand and led him into the living room. He gestured to Park, who suddenly grabbed hold of the rope and without a chance to dodge Forth was on the floor, with Park on his back and Lam on his feet.
"Hey, what are you guys doing?" shouted Forth angrily.
Park hissed at him shut up and started tying Forth's hands and feet with ropes in his hands. "Lam, call them now. We'll never get a chance like this again," Park said breathlessly.
He did manage to subdue Forth with Lam's help, but Forth's rebellious movement drained his strength. Forth was not one to be easily subdued.
"Are you sure this won't be a problem for us later, Park?" asked Lam anxiously.
He noticed Forth who was still on the floor and tied up. Park even covered his mouth with a handkerchief because Forth kept cursing.
Park grimaced but shook his head. "I'll compromise with him later. I'm more afraid of Phi Kongpob, the other seniors and alumni now. I don't want to die in their hands because of Forth."
Lam nodded and typed a message on his cell phone.
[Guys, gather at my house now. Important. Before Forth broke free and killed Park and me. Faster!]
Forth decided to remain silent, tired of constantly rebelling. He would kill Park and Lam later, once he knew what they wanted by treating him like this.
Not until thirty minutes later, the sound of cars and motorbikes entering the yard.
Forth, Lam, and Park live in a house they rent together. The house with four rooms, a swimming pool, and a small garden eventually became the base for Forth and his friends.
Max and Tul, Phana and Kit, go inside the house and gasp. Forth was bound with his mouth covered in a handkerchief, sitting on chair and Lam and Park guarding him on either side with a face that looked like someone was holding back a terrible stomach ache.
"What are you doing?" asked Phana with a pale face. He walked closer but tried to stay out of Forth's reach as far as possible.
He knew who Forth was. His reputation is no joke. Phana and Forth were in a group at a charity event organized by Metronomia university at the beginning of the first semester.
They became friends and sometimes drank together at the club. However, after they were both busy with their respective college matters, they rarely saw each other.
Tul was about to leave the house again when he saw the look in Forth's eyes, but Max grabbed his arm.
Kit hides behind Phana with shaking body. Park motioned for everyone to sit on the carpet around Forth tied to chairs. He untied Forth's mouth.
"You will soon die by my hands," Forth hissed. He glared at Park and Lam. "Especially you guys, will die three times."
"Sorry, sorry, Forth, we will bear your breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a month after this, but this time you have to obey us," Lam said with a gulp.
The others nodded and in their respective brains immediately made a budget for the Forth meal for the next month.
"What do you want?" Forth hissed sharply. "Give me a good reason to consider your offer or I'll still kill you."
"Forth, we need to know, eh," Phana desperately tried to keep his voice from shaking. "What... your relationship with Beam?"
"Beam?"
"Yeah, the Beam Baramee. My bestfriend," said Kit in trembling voice.
Forth smile widely.
