Who is Kenny?

"Darl, I saw something strange and suspicious yesterday," Posh said to his boyfriend, Nino. "Phi Beam and Phi Forth..."

Nino turned his head, turning his attention to Posh who looked deep in thought. "Phi Beam and Phi Forth? What's so strange?"

"I thought they... broke up?"

Nino gasped. "No way! They're the coolest couple I've ever known and their story is amazing too. What makes you think that, Babe?"

"I saw Phi Beam crying in front of a room at the hospital yesterday, when I visited my nephew who was being treated there. I thought he was crying because one of his relatives was being treated in that room, but when I looked into the room , I saw something that took me by surprise."

Nino lightly hit Posh's hand. "Ugh, Babe, can you tell me the whole story? You make me curious. What surprised you?"

"In that room, I saw Phi Forth feeding... Ken."

"Ken?" asked Nino, groaning. "What did Phi Forth do with that madman, Babe?"

"I don't know either," said Posh, confused. "Ken looks really spoiled for Phi Forth."

"Does Phi Forth not know who Ken really is," said Nino emotionally. He hit the table.

Posh rubbed his forehead in confusion. "Darl, could it be... Ken likes Phi Forth?"

"Oh, God!" cried Nino frantically. He gripped Posh's arm. "We have to save Phi Forth from that psycho, Babe. Phi Forth helped us when Ken and his friends hurt us, so now, we have to help him. Besides, I also like Phi Beam. I don't want him to feel what I've been through like I felt when Ken forced you to leave me."

Posh reached out and hugged Nino gently. He kissed his boyfriend's forehead. "Nobody can make us separate, Darl. We all like Phi Forth. He is a true leader for us all. He fight and guard us without hesitation. We respect his leadership and Phi Beam is the right person, the only one for him. They are soulmate, but I think so, that the evil Ken is planning something to break them apart. Like what he was done to us."

"Please, Babe, save them from whatever Ken will do."

"Let's talk to Phi Beam. I know where he lives."

Forth looked at Doctor Vram with a questioning look. "Where did you find it, Doctor? I think I've lost this thing."

Doctor Vram looked restless. He had thought all night and made a decision that might cost him the job he loved so much at this ShanVa Family hospital. However, he doesn't want to take the risk lost his whole life.

At least, if he is fired from this hospital, or if possible he submits his resignation in good faith, maybe he can still save his good name and still have the opportunity to work in another, smaller hospital or a hospital in remote areas.

Doctor Vram sighed. "Mr Forth, may I have a moment of your time? I have something to discuss with you."

Forth looked at the ring in his hand. He lost the ring last time when he was waiting for Kenny who suddenly had a fever and insisted that Forth be with him.

Forth finally fell asleep on the sofa in the room because he was tired and forgot to tell Beam.

When he finally awoke just before two in the morning, he rushed back to Beam's dormitory not realizing that the ring was not on his finger.

Forth only realized the ring wasn't there when he saw the box containing the ring in Beam's wardrobe the next morning. In that moment he realized that something was wrong between him and Beam and that it was his fault.

Forth wanted to meet Beam and talk to him, explain things. He didn't want to lose Beam. He really loves Beam. However, his family's insistence that Forth attend his grandparents' wedding anniversary at the hospital left him unable to move.

Forth had planned to leave early from the event so that he could immediately meet Beam and explain everything, including the missing ring, but Doctor Vram, who had been looking restless from the start, suddenly stopped him and spoke to him.

"Can we postpone it, Doctor? There's someone I need to see soon. My life and death depend on him now. He might make me suffer a death if he decides to refuse to forgive me," Forth said nervously.

Doctor Vram shook his head. "Sorry, Mr Forth, but what I'm about to talk about is probably much more important and might help you too. It's about Kenny. You have to know something about him."
