"Doctor Vram, don't forget to prepare yourself tomorrow," said Professor Kin to his juniors. "It is rare for a doctor who has only worked for a few months to have the honor of handing flowers and gifts to the owner of this hospital."

"Surely, Professor, I will prepare myself to the best of my ability, and I would also like to thank you profusely for your recommendation."

Professor Kin patted Doctor Vram's shoulder. "You are a good and agile doctor. I hope you continue to do well here, because this hospital offers many career opportunities that are commensurate with our efforts and hard work."

"Yes, Professor, I'll try my best, because I've only been here a few months, I already feel at home and comfortable."

Professor Kin nodded happily. He waved to someone behind Doctor Vram. "Hi, Forth?"

Doctor Vram turned his head and saw Forth walking towards them. "Mr Jaturapoom?"

"Oh, you two know each other?" asked Professor Kin.

"One of my patients is a friend of Mr. Jaturapoom," explained Doctor Vram.

Forth shook Professor Kin's hand and nodded to Doctor Vram.

"Long time no see, Forth," said Professor Kin, hugging Forth's shoulder intimately. "I thought I'd see you at your grandma's show tomorrow. Last year you weren't there and your brother said you were busy working on a heart-detecting robot project for a patent."

"True, Prof, but this year I don't want to be teased by Grandma anymore, so tomorrow I will definitely attend," Forth replied with a laugh.

Professor Kin burst out laughing. "You naughty brat! Doctor Vram, take good care of his friend. Most likely, this brat who will be our boss in the next few years, succeeding his grandmother. I hope Shanee and Vic succeed in persuading this beloved grandson to accept this hospital as responsibility later."

"Uh, I hope you don't go along with persuading them, Prof," Forth said with a mock frown.

Professor Kin squeezed Forth's shoulder and said goodbye to the scheduled surgery, leaving Forth with Doctor Vram.

Forth looked at Doctor Vram who had been silent all this time with a pale face. "Doctor, are you all right?" asked Forth with concern. "Your face is very pale."

"Oh, uh, no, I'm fine, Mr Jaturapoom," Doctor Vram replied nervously. "I just didn't think you were ..."

"Grandson of Shanee and Vic Jamorhnoom?" asked Forth with a wry smile. "Well, because the burden of the name makes me uncomfortable sometimes, Doc, so I never say my last name."

Doctor Vram gulped. Forth laughed lightly, "Don't worry, Doctor, my current position towards you is as the patient's guardian. How is Kenny now?"

"Kenny? Oh, yeah, he's getting better."

"When can he come home, Doc?"

"Eh, that's, uhm, I think in the next few days he'll be able to go home."

"Given his circumstances, do you think I should find him a place to stay? Given what he went through with his brother, I'm afraid he'll wander around aimlessly after he gets out of this hospital, Doc."

Doctor Vram became increasingly pale. He followed Forth's steps to the room where Kenny was being treated.

"Phi," said Kenny happily when he saw Forth coming. He took Forth's hand and held it with a beaming face.

Forth pointed to Kenny's untouched dining area. "You haven't eaten yet?"

"I'm waiting for you, Phi. I don't want to eat when you're not around."

Forth sighed and took the place to eat. He turned to Doctor Vram. "You must release this child immediately, Doc."

Doctor Vram smiled wryly and nodded, seeing Forth start to feed Kenny.

In front of the hospital door, Beam was stunned, staring into the room through the small glass on the door.

"Phi Beam, what are you doing?" someone reprimanded Beam from behind.

Beam turned around, too late to hide the tears. "You...  Forth's junior? Umm... Posh?" Beam asked, rubbing his eyes shyly.

Posh nodded. "Yeah, Phi, we met in the parking lot at the Korean restaurant when you and Phi Forth just finished eating there and I just came in with my, uh, boyfriend."

"That guy with the big eyes with the sweet bunny teeth," said Beam.

"Yes, Phi. Uhm, but, why are you crying here, Phi? Is the patient admitted inside your relative? He's in serious condition? Do you want me to accompany you in? And why are you alone? Where is Phi Forth?"

Beam was unable to answer a series of questions asked by Posh. He just shook his head and walked away from the room where Forth was.

Posh gave him a confused look, then peered into the room through the glass in the door. His brow furrowed. "Phi Forth and... Ken?"
