Raven's POV
I woke up to the amazing feeling of knowing I had my army. The avengers helped train the wizards, not that they needed much training of course. If they could knock out Loki I'm sure they could take on a super soldier.
I focused on building my powers up. It was obvious that it would be me fighting my mother. Our powers equalled out.
My focus was on fire. It was the easiest to manipulate but there was so much I didn't know.
A man by the name of Steven Strange had given me ancient books containing runes and spells with images and stories from previous elementalists. I had a week to read 4 books.
In just 3 days we had managed to gather wizards, the avengers, shield agents and even Asgardians. It wouldn't be long until I could get the sweet revenge.
"You're awake," Loki mumbled, rubbing his eyes.
"Yes I am and we need to get up and start training."
"Just 5 more minutes," he groaned.
I tried to roll over and stand up but Loki's hand quickly gripped my waist and pulled me back down into his arms.
"Loki-"
"5. More. Minutes."
I rested my head on his chest and started tracing his abs as he fell back asleep. It was a lot of work having to train each morning but the outcome was just too good to miss so I needed to work.
5 minutes passed and I tried to get out of bed but Loki's arm once again clutched onto my body.
I lifted my hand and circled my middle finger and watched as thorns grew onto my skin, forcing Loki to let go.
"What was that for?" He whined.
"Get up and start training. Surely you must've learnt something from being knocked out by Harry," I said.
"What do you mean?" He asked.
"Let's face it Loki, you've changed since you've come back and I like it. The old you would not have had a threesome with Bucky and would definitely not let me get away with pricking you with thorns. You're hiding something and I'm gonna find out what it is," I whispered into his ear.
"You're right. I wouldn't have let you get away with it. Maybe I was just seeing how far you'd go," he smirked.
