"Are you nervous?" Loki asked.

"I've been in worse situations, if anything I'm more curious as to whats going to happen."

In all fairness, I was pretty scared. My head was spinning. Are my powers ready to fight the bitch who birthed me? I dont really want to find out if I'm honest.

We reached the top of the building and climbed into a window. At first, it seemed too quiet until something flashed past us.

"What was that?" I whispered.

"I have no idea," Loki replied.

"This some weird shit my mums got going on here."

The thing kept zooming round the room, making mine and Loki's heads become dizzy. It was some supercharged robot or something.

All of a sudden the room became the country side, and I was sat in a car. I looked around and my hands were smaller than usual and I was in a car. Glancing to my left, I watch my mother, well adopted mother, was driving. I pulled down the mirror and saw young me.

"Are you excited for the sleepover?" my mother asked.

"Of course I am," I smiled at her.

I checked the time on the radio and it was 2nd of September 4:03pm. I knew what was happening in the next 5 minutes.

My mother turned the radio up, playing the Big Top 50s in our neighbourhood, and singing along to the music.

"I love you," I whispered to her.

The past wasn't something I could change, what had happened was supposed to happen and I wouldn't be where I am.

I saw the lorry swerve in the road hitting our car head on. The surge of emotions rushed through my veins and the sadness, washed over me like wave at the beach.

Oil started to leak from the vehicle which we collided with, and then I looked at my mother, leaning over the steering wheel. She turned her head, and her eyes glassy with tears.

"Go," she said.

The tears streamed down my face, as I watched the fire spread towards the car. I couldn't save her. I wanted too, but I wasn't strong enough.

The scenery once again changed and I was back in the building, only this time I was against the wall, trapped by this red magic. My face was wet with tears, but I pushed those thoughts as far back as possible so I was ready to fight.

"If you're going to pin me to a wall, I would prefer a more hands on experience. You know, less magic," I said.

The zooming thing stopped and turns out it was actually a blonde man. He stood next to a girl with dark brown hair and a very cute dress.

"Do I know you from somewhere?" I asked the girl.

"You will," she replied with a Sokovian accent, tilting her head.

Loki's POV

I watched the girl tilt her head and I snuck up behind her.

"Do you mind if I have a peak?" I asked, just before entering her mind.

There was a lot going on, her head had been tampered with. It looked like it was Hydra, the same people who Bucky was tortured and enhanced by.

"My word, you have some trauma," I said.

"You should remember that this is my head," she smirked. "I can let you see whatever I want you to and whilst you dig around my life, Pietro can have some fun with the lady."

Raven.

"Me and you are alike you know," I begun. "We both have very lovely hair, but of mischief in us; more importantly, you've been connected to the mind stone."

"And you have to?" She asked.

"Why yes, the stone came from my sceptre."

It was risky trying to talk the girl out of doing anything stupid, especially when I had no idea how Raven was doing but she's strong enough to handle Pietro.

"So your powers are like mine?"

"No," I said, "well not quite. Your powers were enhanced by the stone, mine were already there before hand as I am a God."

She looked confused for a brief second before disappearing into the air.

"That's probably not good," I said to myself.

The girl reappeared, this time with a book.

"I'm Loki," I told her.

"Wanda."

"What's that book about?" Obviously I had already read that one, it was the book about the Scarlet Witch. Wanda had the potential to become her but only if she had the right teacher.

"I'm not this woman, but I think I can be. I wasn't taught magic, I'm not a witch, but with your help, I could be the Scarlet Witch," she said.

"Help me and Raven defeat her mother, and you have my word that I will help you."

"Deal."

Ravens POV

"You should've seen that coming," he smirked.

I grew thorny vines and tried to entangle him with them but the man was too quick.

"Ugh I'm bored of this now can we just talk," I groaned.

I watched him slow down with a cocky smile on his face. Dipshit.

"Whats your name?" He asked.

"Raven and you?"

"Pietro Maximoff, and this is my twin sister Wanda Maximoff."

Loki emerged from the shadows nodding his head as if to say that Wanda was on our side.

"I'll take you to your mother Raven, she's currently in hiding and being protected by Steve."

"Thank you," I said.

"I'm only doing it for your hunk of a boyfriend," she whispered.

"Jokes on you we're getting married once this is over," I stuck my tongue out at her.

"That can easily change."
