Adrien
Marinettes face held nothing but determination and anger- but her body betrayed her and shook ever so slightly, whereas anyone from afar wouldn't have been able to notice. She kind of reminded him of his lady- the fierceness in her eyes, the smile. She had the strength of a lion, but the heart of a hamster. His mind chose not to believe her when she yelled "It's all my fault Lila and I'm so so sorry. I never should have framed you for lying and I never should have tried to get between you and Adrien. I'm so sorry and I promise I'll help you."
She turned to face him, her light blue eyes dimming a bit. "Y-you have to believe me Adrien! All this is my fault and the only way you can help her is by- by um- giving her a... a-"
"Kiss me Adrien!" Lila screeched. "Take me in your arms and never let me go!
This is ridiculous. Adrien couldn't help but think. He knew Lila and he knew she was a manipulative liar. He knew Marinette of all people knew that too- and he was almost positive Lila was doing it again.
He turned and looked the beast in her eyes, clenching his fingers and displaying no fear. He leaned in close, almost close enough so their "noses" were touching. He inhaled, leaning in ever more slightly, and said firmly, "No."
"TRAITOR!" She screamed, letting out a giant growl and bringing up her fist. "I'LL GET YOU MARINETTE DUPAIN CHENG I'LL-"
Adrien turned, prepared to protect his friend, but Marinette was gone. "Adrien, darling, you'll stay with me, wont you?" He laughed nervously and bolted, praying to the spirits of camembert and beyond that Lila wouldn't follow. He made it to the bathroom and turned to Plagg, who yawned lazily. "It's getting old y'know. All these girls getting akumatized over you."
"It's not over me Plagg, something weird is going on and I'm going to get to the bottom of it. Plagg, claws out!"

Ladybug was already there by the time he arrived. "Me-ow M'Lady this akumas gotten me feeeeline good. Ready to show her what we can do?"
"How exactly do you know this thing is a her?" Ladybug asked skeptically. "Uh-" He stuttered, "Cats instincts?"
She rolled her eyes. "The akuma is in her necklace. Get it from her and we'll be in the clear." He nodded, ready to follow his lady into anywhere the world may want them.
She dodged punch after punch, noticing that with every one his lady grew more and more tired, she looked drained, like the day had been long enough as it was. "Lucky charm!" She exhaled, catching the object in her hand. Chat didn't even have time to process what it was as she was already swinging back and forth catching the creature and snatching her necklace. She smashed it firmly, but no butterfly flew out.
"What?" she exclaimed. "That's impossible you said-" There was a loud bang as the creature touched Ladybugs heart, a dark red glow seeping inside her. Then, there was a loud bang as Ladybug was flung into the brick wall, cracks forming around her.
"LADYBUG!" Chat cried, running to her. She lay, unmoving, as if she had no intention of getting up. "CATACLYSM!" He yelled, hitting the villain straight in the heart. Her eyes lost their color, and suddenly the akuma flew out- then collapsed on the ground, dead.
"Chat?" Ladybug gasped as he held her in his arms. "What did you just do?"
The girl who was akumatized collapsed on the ground and he suddenly saw the face of- "Lila?" She wasn't moving. Ladybug suddenly screamed and clutched her head. Chat pulled her closer, trying to process what was going on. She was struck by something- something that hurt her mentally more than physically. He felt like he couldn't breathe. Was Lila-
He picked up her lucky charm- a weak piece of string- and threw it in the air with Ladybugs limp hand in his. "Miraculous Ladybug," he whispered. The Ladybugs soared here and there, and eventually traveled to where he was, giving his Lady life again. He clutched her tightly, never wanting to let her go.
He forced himself to set her down gently, her steady breathing putting him at ease. He held out his hand for Lila, who appeared to feel no remorse for what she had done. She took it, and stood up, standing on her tip toes and leaning in close to him. "It's because of you," she whispered. Then she stalked away, as if everything that had happened had been completely planned and had gone exactly the way she had wanted it to.
