Hello there! And finally, "The Stepbrother II: Hide and Seek with Vengeance" has officially come to an end. This has been a very long journey and I'm finally done with it. I am literally crying tears of joy as I'm writing this. I will miss writing chapters on this story but of course, all good things (if this is considered as a good thing because this is a horror/psychological -thriller story hahaha) must come to an end.
Writing this story was a huge roadmap. For me, at least. After all of the planning, brainstorming, drafting, and updating are all worth it, including the late-night brainstorming, watching horror movies for inspiration, and the things that I can visualize while writing this story as if it's like a movie.
This story was supposed to be a standalone story but I just love writing "The Stepbrother" stories and I ended up doing more but I do not regret it.
And this story wouldn't happen if it weren't for you guys. Thank you so much for reading this story. You guys have always been so supportive and keep on sending an endless amount of love and your kind words would always make my day a bit brighter. So once again, thank you so much!
But... just because the sequel is over, doesn't mean I'll stop making "The Stepbrother" stories. I have one more story left, in store for you guys, which is the prequel!
Yes, there will be a prequel and that will be the last story of "The Stepbrother" series.
We will get to know the backstory of Steven and Stefan starting from their childhood until the beginning of the first story.
I don't know when I will start the prequel but hopefully soon cause I still have a lot of things to plan out for the prequel. So stay tune for that.
While waiting, please feel free to read my other stories! I am also planning to make more horror and psychological-thriller stories in the future.
Also, the first story, "The Stepbrother", will be under a lot of heavy editing. Which means there will be either big or small changes in the story like details, scenes and the like. So please expect a lot of changes.
The last updates for this story will be the special art/drawings of the characters and I'll be posting fun facts about the first story and the sequel while making them. And maybe some updates about the prequel.
But for now, I am just gonna leave this note and prepare myself going to bed and have a good night sleep as my reward for completing the story haha.
