Draco Malfoy

Get him out of your head, Cora.

This isn't good. I'm falling into a trap with Cora. I can't escape it. How is it that I'm supposed to be staying away from her, but every time I try I seem to fail miserably?
This isn't me. I'm a goddamn Malfoy. I never fail. So why is Cora such a weakness for me?
After we danced in the rain, I realized that I needed to stop this. And stop it soon.
I allowed myself to sleep with her this one final night, but the next morning is when I swore myself off. If I can't do it myself, then Cora would do it. She'll be so pissed off at me that she'll choose, on her own, not to speak to me.
When I woke up, Cora was taking steady breaths, still passed out on my chest. Fuck, she's adorable. This is gonna be so hard.
I had calculated a plan. I knew that whatever I did, Astoria would come running back to me. I would kick Cora out, and say that Astoria was coming over.
Here goes nothing.
I took a deep breath, abruptly jolting to the side, making Cora's head on my chest fall. She immediately gasped, and shot her sleepy eyes open.
By the time she looked over at me, I was up and going into one of my drawers, pulling out a simple black t-shirt and black trousers.
"Hey— what's wrong, Draco?" Cora tiredly spoke. She had laid her head back onto the sheets, she's not a morning person.
"Did you have a nightmare?"
I sighed, "No, Bentley."
"W-what?" I turned towards her again, putting my watch on my wrist. "What do you mean?"
I squeezed my eyes shut. "I didn't have a nightmare. I think you should go." It pained my heart with every word, but I will not go against my father.
Cora had gotten up out of the bed, pacing the room. "Go? What did I do?" Her voice was unsteady, and for how much I was already regretting this I'm surprised I stayed strong.
"Nothing, Cora! Just leave—!"
"—Not until you tell me what I did wrong!"
"Just get out!" I shouted.
She flinched, immediately backing up from me. I knew I took it too far, her parents were the same as mine. Abusive.
I dropped my hands, looking at her teary eyes. "Cora, I'm sorry. I just need you to go. I'm having someone over." She wrapped her arms around herself, I tried so hard to keep my expression blank. "W-who's coming over? Blaise? Theo?"
I could see the panic in her tone. I keep replaying my fathers words, I need to stay away from her. The family name. My family's reputation.
I took a gulp.
"Astoria."
When I didn't hear anything, I lifted my head, seeing her face in complete shock. She wasn't breathing. She looked down towards the ground, slowly inching towards the door. She didn't say anything, not look at me once more, just simply grasped the door handle, and left the room.
I let out a deep breath I was holding, the guilt quickly making its way into my headspace. I waited ten minutes, before leaving my dorm and striding towards the girls dormitories.
