20. Fantasy
In your lingering gaze, I find repose,
Heart's rhythmic cadence, and calmness it bestows.
You're my sanctuary, my tranquil retreat,
Guiding me to serenity, ever sweet. With a gentle touch, your fingers graze my skin,
Passions surge, a torrent from within.
Eyes aglow in crimson, flames untamed,
Secrets of the depths, unspoken, unnamed.Anger dissipates, my soul is set free,
Embracing your essence, wholly, entirely.
Like pearls adorning the vast, serene sea,
In my dreams, cascading waterfalls be.Through refined verse, let our love's story unfold,
Where every line weaves a tapestry of gold.
In this dance, our hearts intertwined,
The beauty of our love forever enshrined....But what do I hear? A clamor outside,
The echoes of whispers, opinions to confide.
They say it's a sin for two fairies to collide,
When our love is seen, their judgments can't hide. They scream, "You're sinful!"
Their tongues tainted with vice, indulging in their blissful fallacies.
But amidst their falsehoods, I yearn to love you,
As the flames of passion dance with tempting hues.To love you is to surrender my familiar reality,
To lose myself in the depths of an unfamiliar duality.
We exist as mere illusions for passing wanderers to behold,
Sins they'll confess to God, stories they'll never unfold. We're the concealed secrets they guard from their lawful lives,
You and I, sinners entwined, bound by our desires' drives.
I'd rather embrace our transgressions, wear the sinner's veil,
Than join their ranks of pretense, where truth eternally fails.Hypocrites we all are, weaving webs of deceit,
Yet my love for you, it's the only truth I'll ever meet.
Let them hurl their stones of condemnation, I won't yield,
For I'm captivated by a fairy, to sinful pleasures I'll yield. In the face of their judgment, I stand unshaken, unswayed,
Embracing our love, even if the price is to be repaid.
I am a sinner, unapologetically intertwined with you,
In this realm of shadows, our love finds solace anew. And as my days draw to an end, let them label me as such,
A sinner, condemned by those who clutch their judgments' crutch.
For in the depths of my heart, I'll breathe my final sigh,
Knowing I've tasted heaven in your arms, as a sinner, I'll die.
