A/N:

You rubbed your eyes at the sudden change of environment. You were back in the living room, Flowey on the table beside you. Sans was no where in sight. Suddenly, the gravity on the situation dragged you to the floor, your knees making contact with the cold, rough floor.
"(Y-Y/n)?! What are you- What happened?!" Flowey asked, hoping off of the table to come to you. "What happened?! You- you reset?!" He asked frantically.
"Did something happen? Where did you go?! Are you okay?!"
You could say nothing. What were you supposed to say. You opened your mouth but nothing came out except for a small whimper. Small tears trickled down your face. You mentally scowled.
"Flowey... He died. I- He- Papyrus... Frisk killed him.. It-" You stuttered. You couldn't force out anymore words as whatever sentence you tried to form died quickly in your mouth.
Flowey's eyes widened in shock. "So, that's why you reset... Don't worry (Y/n)... He should be fine. But, please, we need to tell Sans to tell Papyrus.."
You sniffled then a realisation hit you. "P-Papyrus.. SANS! Where is he?!"
"No need ta scream, doll." A low voice grumbled from behind you. You jumped, startled at the sudden voice.
"Shouldn't ya be-"
"Sans! Please, it's urgent! You need to find Papyrus! He should be coming through that place that looks like a cave soon! Please!"
"Woah, would ya relax? What's all this about?"
"For fucks sake, listen to me! The more time you waste asking me questions, the higher the chance that the other human will get to him first!" You shouted. Sans seemed to be taken back by what you said, but whatever expression that was plastered on his face disappeared.
"Fine. If you're not going to do it, I will. Get out of my way, Sans."
Nothing. Just silence. You pushed him to the side, followed by a glare. Your hand lingers over the doorknob before you felt a vine wrap around your other arm. "Wait! I'll come with you! I don't want you getting hurt!"
You hesitantly nodded, taking Flowey out of his boot and allowing his roots to wrap around your (s/c) arm, before opening the door.
It was the same as last time - the streets of Snowdin were empty. Nothing could be heard except for your harsh breaths that you took. Your legs felt so tired as you ran towards the dark cave. But you couldn't stop.
Not now.
You promised him that it wouldn't happen again. Not like last time.
Last time.
What did Gaster mean?
Last time.
"So, you ran out all the way out here just to save? It was a good thing that a save point was nearby. I'm glad you could reset just in time." Flowey whispered, his grip on your arm tightening. You smiled softly.
"Yeah, it really was-"
Oh god.
It. He had said it. That was the only thing that made sense.
