Subaru had committed suicide, jumping of a cliff to save 2 demons that had once killed him,

Subaru... how could someone be so wonderful? So great? Well it's because he's not normal, he has something pushing him to go further and try harder, what could it be? Determination? No this is something much deeper. He's... Demonically inspired.

"So I made it back"

"Sister sister it seems our guest has awakened"

"Indeed he has sister"

Subaru looked at the two demon maids and smiled

Subaru decided to play dumb

"Oh Hello there, maids"

He spoke with a menacing tone

The maids were in guard

Subaru stood up and approached them

"Maid's... don't you know how to greet a new friend ? Look me in the eye and shake my hand."

Subaru held his right arm out 

Rem and Ram didn't want to shake his hand but since they had to pretend to be friendly they shock it one by one.

"Ahh so it seems I wasn't mistaken"

Rem and Ram were very confused to hear this

"I hope we can be great friends in the near future"

Ram and Rem looked at him dumbfounded 

Then Emilia entered

"Oh Subaru you've awakened and it seems your already trying to make friends"

"Heya Emilia, lovely day isn't it?"

"Subaru you dunderhead how could you know what type of day it is you just woke up"

"Well Emilia I can tell, it's a beautiful day outside, the birds are singing and the flowers are blooming... perfect day for a game of catch. And I'm going to experience as many as possible."

Emilia, Ram and Rem were a bit confused why this boy was talking so weirdly 

"Emilia-sama Roswal has called us"

"Emilia-sama it's breakfast time"

Subaru smirked

"Heya mind if I join, I haven't eaten in 2 days and I'm starving down to the bone."

Subaru was sitting at the Roswal table again but having very different manors, he was quite, collected and mysterious 

Unfortunately his change of attitude made Emilia talk to him

"So umm Subaru... when we were fighting the bowl hunter you used a mysterious magic, it even worked when Rienhard was using his magic."

"Oh you mean this?"

Subaru casually picks up Emilia 

"This is simple soul magic"

"S-Subaru please put me down

Emilia was put down

Beatrice suddenly began speaking

"I drained most of your mana, and your gates not even active, how are you using magic I suppose?"

Subaru winked

"I don't need mana, that stuff is weak."

Everyone and I mean everyone looked at the boy shocked.
