Peace.
"Drag him up there, it will be seen as an accident." Renallo instructed as his friends nodded and two of them grabbed the beaten and half dead body of a boy on the sandy beach, Leeland one of the boys didn't bother with carrying the body, he just dragged it up the steep cliff, the coming storm would wash away the blood.
The half dead boy groaned as jagged rocks scrapped and cut his skin, his mangled legs had stopped trying to join back together, his wolf was dying, just like him. "Wanna have some fun with him before we throw him over." Edwards the next beta suggested to his friend and the two didn't even hesitate, their groans filled the air, moans of pleasure at the expense of another's suffering. If only they had stopped to realize that their victim had his dull eyes on them, but even so they wouldn't care, so they went on, defiling him over and over again, until they were satiated.
The victim felt the cold wind bite at his wounded skin, there was nothing to feel except pain. As he thought it was over, his body was lifted up into the arms of the beta who threw him off the cliff, into the unforgiving tide below, how peaceful he would be in death.

Saint Drake Dante.
I breathed in hard, as if the water that had consumed me that night had done so all over again what was different about it was that I was no longer in the bay and I was definitely away from all the wolves that had harmed me. Turning to my right I smiled, he looked peaceful when he slept, no wonder I was peaceful aswell. Moving strands of my raven hair away from my face I wiped away the sweat which had formed on my forehead, how I hated nightmares, now they nolonger haunted me as much, they were distant memories of a much forgotten past.
As I traced my hand on my neck I felt it, my mate mark, my most prized possession, the one thing I would always ensure I kept guarded because he who gave me the mark was my everything, all I would ever need. I turned to look at him, his large frame breathing slowly, all I wanted was to be in his arms again but I knew I had to wake up, and get ready for the day ahead. I still had time to throw in a quick run, so I grabbed everything I needed, crept downstairs silently and I was out the door with no accidents, running always cleared my mind, it made everything better, there was some sort of tranquil peace I got from it, maybe that's my husband talking but it was true, running helped.
I had lived in Louisville for a long time now, I knew the people, the city and I knew that this place was perfect, not only for me but the family I was raising here, it had been Kyro who suggested we live here close to the pack, I didn't argue, I would follow him anywhere, he would do the same in a heartbeat which always made my heartskip so many times. Waving at the others jogging the same trail in the sparsely woody forest, I doubled back knowing they would be up soon, it was habit to be there when they woke up and I always wanted to be there when they slept to make sure they were alright.
Once I got to the door of my house I knew my caretaker was already there. "Good morning Sofia." I greeted as I stood by the archway to the large kitchen. "Morning Sir Dante, shall I start on breakfast?" She replied with a deep latina accent which I actually loved, she was always bubbly and happy, positive energy which I always wanted to be around. "Sofia, Sir Dante junior is upstairs asleep, sir Dante the third is currently dragging his blanky down the stairs." I replied making her laugh and I scooped up my son into my arms. "Morning Dada." He whispered before yawning and he was out like a light, I sighed moving to face Sofia. "Don't worry about breakfast Sofia, you know I prefer doing it myself, but thank you for the offer." I added as I moved up the stairs toward the master bedroom.
Ofcourse he was still sleeping, placing a kiss on his cheek I laid our child next to him, he wasn't fussy just curled up to his father, wolf tendencies are always cute. I got to my shower, getting ready was easy since I didn't have my mate pinning me to the wall ready to make another child, after lotioning up and picking out my husband's suit and accessories for the day, I was heading for my younest's room. "Hey sweetie, daddy is here." I cooed hoping those whimpers didn't turn into a full blown cry fest, he had a pair of lungs that could shatter windows if he wailed. "Let's get ready for the day baby." I comforted as I took him up into my arms, he had recently turned three but all I saw was my little bundle of joy, even with all the mischief.
A quick warm bubbly bath, and an already stocked baby bag and we were off downstairs, thank the goddess for Sofia, she had already set the ingredients I needed to make breakfast. So I set down Emory and got to making breakfast, I was feeding growing wolves and an alpha, I had to prepare a lot of food. "Eat up sweetie." I tried as much as possible to persuad Emory to eat, most of the food went on the floor, and on his bib. I always felt him before I saw him, intimately connected to him, I cherished that bond.
"Morning father of my children, how are you doing this lovely morning." He smoothly greeted as his arms wrapped around my waist and kissed me deeply, I wasn't ashamed of the moans that escaped my mouth, he was gifted when it came to anything of this sort. "Good morning love, you look dashing." I responded in between giggles as he bit down on my neck playfully. "Stop it you have to go soon." I argued but that low snicker spoke volumes. "Hence why I'm spending time with you." He dominantly asserted making me roll my eyes but secretly I loved it.
"Good morning Sir Dante." Sofia's voice cut in making us separate, she had Kyro in her arms, he wasn't fussy around her even though he was a brat at times. "Good morning Sofia, thank you for taking care of him." Kyro junior replied as he took our son into his arms, they were picture perfect and each day I thanked the goddess for blessing me with them. "Here you go." I placed the plate of food for my husband who was conversing with Emory, I also slid the plates of food for both Sofia and Kyro the third, they both knew not to refuse it.
The door opened with a slight ping notifying me that someone entered with a key card, yes I had my doors open with a key card, if you were that close to me, Kyro was skeptical when I suggested the idea but when we had our second child and his father was somehow suspected of murder he agreed easily, safety and family first. We lived in pack territory but it didn't hurt to be extra careful.
"Morning family!" Deniz Dante cheered as he sat at the breakfast table, already I had a plate of breakfast and juice waiting for him, how could I not, he practically lived here. "Morning Deniz how are you sweetie?" I asked as he dug into his food. "Now that I'm eating, I'm great." His response was amusing as always but he couldn't fool me, he only got seriously clingy to me when something was wrong and currently he was sitting next to me inching to my lap.
"I have to get going, see you later at the office." Kyro asserted as he pecked my lips and left kisses on our children and his little brother, we all finished breakfast in relative silence, as Sofia got to cleaning, I got to interrogating. "What's wrong?" I demanded and Deniz could barely look at me.
"Nothing, why say that." He was evading and running aswell. "Its nothing Saint." He assured as he was by the archway ready to run. "Go out that door and you're not going to the festival." I warned as his eyes buldged out in shock. "What, no man." He growled out as I waited for him to speak.
"Fine-" He grumbled sitting back down. "It's the bullies again." He whispered but thanks to wolf hearing I heard it and I was furious. "Oh, okay then sweetie, go get your lunchbox from Sofia, I'm dropping you off at school today." I announced and Deniz gulped down hard. "Oh no."
