First (Almost) Official Kiss

Newt's P.o.v.

I had a crush on Andrea which was obvious to the whole camp so, with the help of the Aphrodite girl they helped me ask out Andrea. And to be completely honest I think they went overboard. When I asked Andrea out on a date the Aphrodite girls attacked me. They primped me cutting my hair, curling my eyelashes, and they even tried to bathe me! But I didn't get it as bad as Andrea. Aphrodite herself helped Andrea get ready for our date. When she stepped foot right in front of me she was wearing a white knee length dress, there was a brown ribbon tied neatly around her waist, her hair was curled in perfect ringlets, and her whole face was covered in perfect makeup.

"How dare Aphrodite do this to me!?" She complained. "I look like a Barbie doll."

I held in my laughter reassuring her that she looked beautiful, "I think you look amazing. Sharing your girly side isn't bad every now and then." Well I thought I had reassured her but all she did was glare at me menacingly.

After that huge mistake I hesitated whether to hold her hand or not but Andrea ended up making that choice when she intertwined my right hand with her left hand. I held into her soft hands until we arrived on Half-blood Hill. The Aphrodite kids had sent up a blanket with a picnic basket lying perfectly in the center. We sat down side by side and ate together silently talking but when our meal was done we laid together holding onto each other's hand staring up at the stars. We lied there talking when we heard the first big bang. Right above our heads were fireworks! The show was lovely until one of the fireworks failed and caused a small forest fire. Nearly the whole camp had to help extinguish the flames which included me and Andrea.

In the end we ended up going back to our cabins and where we shared our first official kiss as a couple.

Present Time

"So what do you want to do later?" I asked her looking up at Andrea's dark eyes.

"We can decide on two things Barnes and Nobles or Barnes and Nobles?"

"I don't know they're both so great. I say this with a heavy heart but I'll go with the second one."

Andrea's laughed filled my ears and she reached out to hold onto my hand. "Great choice now let's go."

Justice's P.o.v.

I sat at the Zeus table with Jason. It turns out I was daughter of Jupiter too. "Shocker". Jason was talking non-stop about some place called Camp Jupiter which I found enticing but suspicious.

"Jason, why are you telling me all of this?" I questioned.

He looked nervous and he began to sweat letting me know that he was hiding something from me.

Jason sighed and rubbed his sweaty palms on his jeans. "I'm going to be leaving for Camp Jupiter and I don't know when I'll be back."

I glared at him, "You're leaving again!"

"I need to I'm a Prae-"

"Yea just like you needed to when I was younger? Do you know what I had to do? I grew up without our mom or dad? You ruined my childhood! I lived on the streets nearly my whole life. I was a hobo. Do you have any idea how that's like? No. You don't. Because you spent half your life at this marvelous camp being pampered while I went to fend for myself because my inconsiderate brother left. And don't you dare say it was too protect me because if you wanted to protect me you would have let me come with you!" I took in a deep breath. "You just can't decide to pop in and out my life whenever you feel like Jason! I'm your family. I've known you four years of my life. Four years! Now I finally have you back and you want to leave again without knowing you're coming back or not. Andrea told me not to let you back into my life I knew I should've listened to her."
