The Deal

Gally's P.o.v.

I saw Alby storm out the Infirmary infuriated. Curious to see what made him so mad I reached to open the doorknob, but quickly stopped when I have heard voices.

"I thought he'd never leave." Andrea said.

I smirked to myself as I pulled my hand back and went after Alby to tell him that our little key to escape was finally awake.

I ran after him running out of breath rather quickly.

"Alby." I choked out. "She's awake."

"Who's awake?" Alby asked annoyed.

"Andrea." I mustered.

"Why that little- I'll be there after I talk to Winston."

He paused. "And make sure she doesn't escape. Or go "unconscious"... Again."

I nodded and ran back to the Infirmary and burst through the door.

"Well, look who decided to wake up." I scoffed.

Andrea's P.o.v.

I exchanged nervous glances with Thomas and Minho.

"How stupid do you think I am not to notice you're awake?" Gally asked.

"Gally we all think you're so stupid that their isn't a word in the English or any language to describe your ignorance."

"Insult me all you want Andrea, but when you get out of that bed and you're all better it's time to say bye to your little boyfriend." He paused. "And guess who gets a front row seat to his Banishment? That's right you guessed it. It's you!"

I looked over at Thomas and Minho to see if Gally was playing a cruel joke on me, but the look of fear, anger, and hatred told me it wasn't a lie.

"How come you didn't tell me?" I asked just below a whisper.

"We were trying to come up with a right time." Thomas whispered guiltily.

"There is no right time to tell me something like this!" I screamed at the both of them."Newt. My best friend, my boyfriend, my idiot, the only person I have ever truly loved with a burning passion, the love of my life, my everything."

At that moment something clicked inside my brain only at that moment did I realize how much Newt really meant to me. If Newt got Banished I had nothing to live for and nothing to look forward too. I didn't have anybody else and there's nobody I could replace him with.

I would have continued my train of thought, but Alby burst through the door and plopped down on the chair next to my bed.

"Speak!" He demanded.

I rolled my eyes and looked forward avoiding his and everyone else's eyes.

"Speak!" He screamed slamming his hand onto the table.

"I will speak, but if you think you're getting the key to get out of this hell from me you're dead wrong." I spat back.

"Then we'll just die in this Maze."

"Fine with me." I crossed my arms.

"That includes your little boyfriend." He smirked trying to get the best of me.

"Ok. Do you want the key before or after you Banish Newt?" I asked sarcastically.

"This isn't a game. Tell. Me. Now."

"I will tell you." I paused.

"Great."

"Under one condition Newt's banishment is canceled."
