One's Unspoken Words are Another's Reassurance

Newt's P.o.v.

Percy and I had spent the rest of our night looking for my sister not leaving a single stone unturned. It's been hours and I was slowly starting to lose it. I've never far apart from my sister besides school, but this isn't the same. We are here at this camp we barely have any knowledge of at least at school I have some reassurance that my sister is alright.

"When did you last see her?" I asked Percy hysterically for what feels like the hundredth time.

"We were just running in the woods and she ran off."

"You let her run off alone?"

"I was with her the whole time until she decided to run away from me!" I could tell that Percy was getting slightly annoyed and I knew if I pushed him any farther he's snap; but at this point I was too mad to care so I balled my fists and told myself to calm down.

You aren't going to punch this idiot in the face.

Lucky, enough for him and myself included Andrea could see the tension between us and walked me away from him. When we were safely back to my cabin I threw open the door which caused all my brother and sisters to jump. I sat calmly on my bed and stared at the wall. My hands were shaking and I knew it was a matter of time, before I snapped. Andrea rubbed my back to soothe me, but she had to go when Thomas came in and told her about his sudden departure with Jason. The warmth she provided was gone way too soon and instantly I could start to feel my blood boil. So without a single thought I stood up and grabbed the nearest thing next to me and threw it against the wall. I repeated this pattern until I was stopped by Will who calmed me down. The tears in my eyes were unstoppable.

"Newt calm down we'll find her don't worry." Will placed his hand on my back and instantly I felt calm and warm inside.

Percy's P.o.v.

I knew Newt was going to snap soon and that all his anger would be directed towards me. I knew I had nothing to worry about I was a pretty good fighter, but so is Newt. When Andrea had stepped in I couldn't help but feel relieved.

This whole situation was my fault and it took a lot from me. I wish I could have just stayed with her to protect her but unfortunately I had let her get out of my sight.

"Where can you be?" I asked the ceiling.

With the events of today I didn't think sleep could overcome me but eventually I felt into a deep slumber.

Jason's P.o.v.

Since Trinity's sudden disappearance I decided it was better if we left for New Rome right now to warn Camp Jupiter of these mysterious disappearances or if they've experienced some themselves.

So fully awake and ecstatic to finally be able to fly again and just knowing that I'd be flying with Thomas made the overnight trip a thousand times better. So in order to arrive at Camo Jupiter by the early morning sunset I headed to Cabin 13 to wake Thomas and get him to start packing.

"Thomas," I shook him awake. "Thomas wake up we're leaving for New Rome right now."

He groaned and turned to the opposite side facing me. His features were angelic and I had the slightest desire to reach out and kiss every single inch of his face. I just stood there and watched his sleeping face, before I snapped out of it and slapped him awake.

"Jace is that you?" He rubbed his eyes in hopes to clear his vision.

I chuckled and nodded unaware that he probably couldn't see me. "Thomas I hoped you packed we're leaving tonight."
