Andrea's P.o.v.
Imagine the worst pain you've ever felt and multiply that by a million. That's how it felt like to go through the changing. I couldn't hear any of the voices around me besides the little voice inside my head, but the worst part was the dark abyss of nothing. I couldn't see anything, but that was until the visions started.
Newt's P.o.v.
After I came back from the Maze I was fed and thrown into the Slammer. I was fine being by myself, but after a few hours I started feeling claustrophobic. The tight space of the Slammer and quietness was enough to drive someone crazy. Thomas and Minho came to join me hours after being locked up in this hell. I felt more calm with their presence here. They talked to me until night time and stayed with me until I fell asleep.
After, a couple days the screams started. I couldn't take it I went completely insane. I started pulling on the bars and begging them to let me out. I cried out for hours until Thomas finally came to console me.
"Newt.Newt!" He called my name.
I ignored him and continued to scream for my freedom.
"Hey Newt Andrea will be fine. She's a tough girl."
"I'm not worried about her making it."
"Then what's wrong."
"Andrea's in pain. And right after she's finished suffering that pain she has to face a whole new one. And I won't ever be there to make her feel better because after she opens her eyes and she's all better they're going to Banish me and force her to watch."
The news of my Banishment was new to Thomas because of the evident fear in his eyes and anger in his face.
"You're being banished? But your our friend the Keepers... Minho. That shuck face."
"Thomas calm down Minho and a couple others were the only ones not to vote for my Banishment. It's not his fault he's actually trying to talk Alby out of it as we speak."
"I'm not letting them banish you." And with those final words he turned the other way and ran into the direction of the Homestead.
Andrea's P.o.v.
"I don't think they'll even make it." I heard a male voice. "They're just puny Half-Bloods." Ares.
"I have faith in them." I heard another female voice say. Aphrodite.
"I agree with Ares they're nothing, but mere mortals." Athena.
"I still don't understand the point of all of this and why our children have to be involved." Another male voice. Poseidon.
"Hera ordered for us to bring them here. She says they're a danger to the overthrow ment of Zeus. She fears that one of these mere mortals will take his place as king of gods and ruler of the skies. This Maze was created to see the intelligence of our kids. Whoever figures out the hidden pattern and the code in those patterns will find the exit of this place and will also be the trader and the one to overthrow my father and your king." Athena answered Poseidon's question in mere seconds and with a small smirk played across her lips.
Poseidon let out a sigh and shook his head.
I looked over at the faces of each God and Goddess they were all there. I turned to look at Aphrodite and she looked exactly like my mom. I stared her right in the eyes and she gave me a wink before everything turned dark again.
My eyes snapped open I had all the information I needed to help me and the others escape.
"I have the key. I have the answer. I know how to escape this Maze."
