Time to Move On

Andrea's P.o.v.

After the discussion from last night Newt did everything in his power to stay away from me and he also advised the others to do the same. I wasn't that all surprised when Justice came up to me and told me she believed me and she was by far my only friend in the Glade, but after a week she convinced Trinity to give me a chance at being friends and surprisingly she accepted. So now three weeks since my arrival I finally was friends again with the two people I trusted more than anything in this world. They pushed me to tell them anything I remembered, but I always said no because it turns out everyone had no idea who they were or what life was like before they became apart of the Glade. I remembered everything and I was so not telling them that they'd probably make me tell Alby and I was so not ready to tell him my life story, but the truth is I didn't have a clue how I got here. Just everything that happened before my arrival.

"How's it going hot stuff?" I heard Gally call.

I brushed the sweat off my forehead and looked him dead in the eye.

"It was going well into you decided to ruin my breathing area."

"I see playing hard to get." He smirked.

"No I'm not playing hard to get, so please go away so I can continue working."

"Baby don't be this way." He tried wrapping his arms around my waist.

"I'm not your baby! Now go away so I can work! You stupid Potato Nose freak!" At this point I was getting really pissed off. I swear I would've beat the shit out of him right then and there.

"I don't have a potato nose." He said reaching up to feel his nose.

I rolled my eyes and walked away.

"Can we switch jobs?" I begged Trinity.

"You think I wanna be stuck with Gally?"

"No but he won't flirt with you," I begged. "You have a boyfriend."

"Trust me that won't stop him he flirts with every single girl in the Glade."

"Are you serious," I looked at her. "Why don't you tell your brother or Thomas?"

"I told Thomas and he was really pissed off, but the other guys told him to calm down. They don't want him to get thrown in the Slammer or worse Banished."

"Damn that mad?"

She nodded her head rapidly. 

"Well the Runners are almost back." I smiled. 

"Yea, but they have to head to the map room and look for patterns," My smile faltered as Trinity continued to speak. "So it'll be a while, before we see Justice and some nights I don't even see her. She eats then goes to bed so she'll be energized for tomorrow's run."

"Why did she wanna be a runner?"

"I don't know she never told me, but I figured it's because she likes one of the runners or used to at least."

I raised my eyebrow.

"Who is this runner?"

"I'm not supposed to tell you." She whimpered.

"She'll never find out and we are friends."

She sighed and looked like she was going to tell die if she told me this secret, which she probably will.

"Minho." She whispered.

"Minho?" I laughed. "Wasn't he the guy who told her she couldn't do it?"
