I quickly walk past the fountain that was actually quite popular in this city.  But since the Germans have been up to mischief there, nobody is there any more except for the young girls who of course have an eye on the good-looking men who wash there every afternoon. I could understand all too well why everyone else was turning off their water.

"Rey, how nice to see you."  Poe comes right up to me and smiles at me. His little shop still looked good and nothing seemed to be missing. "Yes, it's nice to see you too. Now that the Germans live here, it doesn't feel like home anymore." I smile back sadly and he nods. "I can understand, that's really, really strange. What can I do for you," he immediately distracts and slowly leads me behind my back into the little shop. "Tea", I say briefly and he starts to laugh softly. "If you only knew how many were here for tea, but I knew you were coming. Two packs of cherry tea." he points to the shelf and immediately my mood is lifted.  "What would I do without you?" I reach for it and dig out the money. "I don't know, but just to get back on the subject ... Did you get an officer to share?" He asked quietly as if it were a shame. "Yes, unfortunately. Lieutenant Ben Solo is very polite, but I don't think he's really like that," I mumble, not daring to look him in the eye. "This is what you get when you live in the fanciest house. There are also advantages to living modestly." he takes the money.  "Uh ... I can't accept the money. They demand that we now pay with Reichsmarks", he informs me and I look around helplessly.  "You know what, it's okay. I'll give you the tea," he says and sighs before there was a short silence again.

"Have you ever talked to him? After all, he's polite, isn't he?" He says, slowly looking up at me. "No, Florille won't allow me. Besides, the thought that he killed Claude wouldn't leave me alone," I explain briefly and again he nods. "Haven't you heard from him yet?" I shake my head indistinctly. "I don't want to sadden you any more, but don't give yourself too much hope that he will return home. Sometimes they are also in captivity, but I don't want you to be all the more sad when he doesn't return home after the end of the war." He puts a comforting hand on my shoulder. "Better we keep our distance from such people," I say quietly and he nods in agreement. "You are probably right about that. How about you, when can I visit you next time?" He chops and immediately I smile again.  "You can accompany me home with you right now," I suggest and indicate to go out.  "Fantastic, let me lock up."  We both left quickly.

I calmly open the door and enter carefully.  "Looks the same as before," enthuses Poe and looks around. "Is it perhaps because we are the only petted village?" I smile sarcastically and he nods. "It's okay, I got it." Poe innocently raises his hands and laughs softly too.

"Can I get you something to drink?" I saunter ahead into the kitchen. "Simple water would do it, thank you." We stop and I'll get a glass out of the kitchen cabinet. I quickly fill it with water, but shortly after I turned back to him, his gaze was fixed on someone in our garden.

"Is that him?" He points to the person and I step closer to keep an eye on the person who had turned their back to us and was sitting on the grass. "I think so, yes that should be him. I remember his black hair," I say fleetingly and press the glass into his hand. "I already hate him." He takes a long swig of the water. "We all hate him Poe. After all, he kills people," I explain and also turn away from the window.

But without really noticing it, he turns around again and opens the window wide. "Kylo Ren!" He shouts loudly and the black-haired man immediately turns around, frightened.  Immediately he gets up and comes ominously close to the window.

"How do you know this name?" He asks quietly and looks over at me to make sure that I didn't hear anything, but I did.

"What kind of terrible roar is this?" Fortunately for me, Florille came into the kitchen and looked angrily at Ben.  I immediately lower my gaze.  Poe straightens up and turns to face my mother-in-law. "I have to apologize madame. I yelled like that." he lowers his gaze too, but quickly she walks past him carelessly to slam the window before Ben's nose.  "I hate my current guest, but I also don't want someone dead due to pointless arguments. Better watch out for how you talk to a lieutenant." She lifts her skirt and struts off again like a lady.
