ELEANOR LARKSON was a new york born, swedish 16 year old. her mother was known as the swedish meadowlark and was a vaudeville performer and the owner of Irving Hall. eleanor grew up around one of her closest friends jack kelly. the two of them had knew each other since they could remember and back then it wasn't very normal and right for a girl to be alone with a boy so the two would have to sneak off. eleanor, ellie or little miss ellie as jack called her, wasn't the most lady-like. yeah, she wore dresses and let her mother style her occasionally but she would rather be hanging out with jack and the newsies. she had gotten to know the newsies very well, staying closest to jack as he was the one who told them not to fall in love with her but that's exactly what he did.
