"An' I don't give a damn 'bout my bad reputation"

Cass was so exited to go to Hogwarts for the sixth time in her life, she was hoping that at Hogwarts she would be more away from the war, their just kids after all. Oh how she was wrong.
Her and Regulus met up with the Marauders on the train. And holy shit, James got hot. He was always attractive but Cass was just now noticing it.
They all got seated when Sirius said dramatically, "Oh my baby siblings! This is their last year here without me, how ever will the ever manage?!?"
"Sirius- your only a year older than us." Regulus said.
"Yes," James said," but you know how dramatic he is."
"That is true." Cass laughed glancing between James and
Sirius. She knows he's off limits- that's been clear from the beginning.
"But are you guys exited for sixth year, that year was the best, no major exams very stress free." Remus told the twins.
"Yeah, and you'd know about stress free." Peter said to Remus.
"Good one Pete, but I'm not super exited to be dormed with future death eaters all year." Regulus said.
The whole energy in the compartment darkened.
"Voldemort is recruiting people that young!?" Sirius asked, visibly concerned for his brother.
"Love, I think Reg knows better than to join his side." Remus said trying to comfort his boyfriend. But that is hard to do, especially when it comes to his siblings, he never not worried about them.
"I think we all know better." Cass said hoping to calm down her brother, she hates when he gets worried like that, "Besides none of them will stand a change once we join the Order." The Order of the Phoenix, Cass knew that everyone in the compartment would join it. Andromeda and Ted went on missions for them all summer, Leaving 5 year old Nymphadora with Regulus and Cass.
"You're right Cass, we'll squash them like bugs when we join the Order." James said and the other agreed.
"I'm always right. " She said.
"Just be lucky you don't have to share a bathroom with Barry Crouch Jr." Regulus joked.
"Always you don't have to share one with Peter after Mac and Cheese night!" Sirius counter argued.
"Hey! It's not my fault I'm lactose intolerant!" Peter said.
"We know Wormy." James told him while Remus was dying from laughter in his seat.
" Well lucky for me there weren't that many Hufflepuffs my year so I have a dorm to myself." Cass said. Even though she always wanted a room mate. The only friends she had were her brothers, their friends, and Lily Evans- who is kinda their friend, well she tolerated them because she like Remus and Cass.
The conversation went on, Cass looked at James as much as she could being unnoticed, or what she thought unnoticed was. Right as the train came to a stop Remus invited the twins to Gryffindors annual back to school party.

After all the first years were sorted it was time for Dumbledor's annual speech. Cass normally zones out and waits for the food to appear but this year she listened. She and everyone else in the Great Hall who normally don't listen, listened. They listened because this year, his tone was dark. Darker than normal. Cass knew it had something to do with the war because of one sentence, this one sentence would stay with Cass until the day she dies, the sentence would appear in her head throughout the rest of the years of her life. That sentence was, "Stay unified with the ones you love, always trust them, you never know what they may be doing to protect you."
Little did Cass know this sentence also impacted the life of her oldest brother.
