"Teenagers scare the living shit out of me."

Cass woke up bright and early for the Hufflepuff  Vs. Gryffindor game that was in a few hours. She hoped that Hufflepuff would have an advantage for how drunk Marlene and Sirius were the night prior, but turns out she doesn't get hung over, and Cass and Regulus have a theory that Sirius is immune to hang overs.

Cass couldn't sit with her Gryffindor friends today but she did sit with her team, they were all too anxious to eat so she had them drink water. Then they went out to the pitch and did some warm ups on half the field wile Gryffindor was in the other half. Cass wanted to make sure that their warm ups made them work as a team, so the chasers were throwing quaffles at Cass was dodging bludders from the beaters, and their seeker, Robert Wood, was also dodging quaffles wile chasing a snitch Cass charmed to fly in a 30 foot radius of him, making it difficult to catch.

Robert was extremely good, especially for a second year, when Cassiopeia graduates she wants to make him captain for sure. Cass is 1000 percent sure quidditch runs through his veins and he will have quidditch gods as off-springs.

Once they were all warmed up they went into the locker rooms, this was the part Cass was nervous for: the pep talk. Their previous captain, Amos, was amazing at them. But Cass on the other hand wasn't so much, but she tried.

"Okay ladies and gents! Let's get pumped! Are you ready to rumble!?"

All the Hufflepuffs stopped their feet on the ground making the bench Cass was standing on shake, this is something that they did at practice, it felt like a good omen this point.

"That's what I thought! Are you ready to beat some Gryffindor arse?"

"Yeah!" The team shouted back at her in unison.

Cass could hear Remus announcing the Gryffindor team, they had to go out soon.

"Okay guys," Cass said quieting down, leaning in, "We got this, it's out fist game as a team and no matter what i'll be proud of us even it's us loosing 0-300 or winning 500-0, okay? Now it's time for us to go out there. Knock on wood we win!" Cass meant that as actual wood but the whole team knocked on Robert Wood's head. That became a team tradition at games.

The team walked onto the field. Cass loved this feeling, the people were cheering for her and her team that she put together, it was a surreal moment for her. She had to shake hands with James and of course he had to say something,

"Good luck, oh wow your hands are very soft." He flirtatiously said as they shook hands.

"I'm wearing gloves dingus."

"Shit yeah I thought flirting out sike you out!" He said as they were both stepping to their brooms.

The whistle blew and the game started.

"James Potter has the quaffle! Oh shit and he's going very fast!" Remus said commentating.

"Remus!" Mcgonagall scolded him.

"Sorry Minnie! Oh poop! He's going very fast!" Remus corrected himself.

James was going fast, coming straight for Cass, she had to mute out Remus's comments and focus. He threw the quaffle at the far left loop and Cass barley blocked it out. She gave James a wink as he flew off.

About ten minutes in the game and Hufflepuff was in the lead 30-10.  The Hufflepuff beaters and chasers weren't as good as James, Yaz, Sirius, and Marlene, but the Gryffindor kepler wasn't that good, not compared to Cass.

Robert caught glimpse of the snitch for a moment but then lost it when a bludger from Sirius flew right past his ear.

Cass kept blocking quaffles wile the chasers kept throwing them towards the hoops. Twenty more minutes into the game it was 40-30, Gryffindor was catching up. Cass only let those two goals in because the first time she was admiring how cute James looked when he foucused and the second time was because she was mentally yelling at herself from letting James distract her.

They had to take a small break 45 minutes into the game because the Gryffindor keeper blocked the quaffle with his stomach. It to about three minutes for Madam Pomfrey to patch him up a little bit to keep playing.

An hour into the game and both teams were exhausted the score was 90-70, Hufflepuff in the lead. Cass was extremely proud of her team, knocking on Wood really did work because he was in the lead racing the Gryffindor seeker for the snitch. They were almost neck and neck but Robert was barley in the lead. But Cass couldn't pay attention to that because Yazmin Patil was coming at her full force with a quaffle in hand, she was going to go places quidditch wise. A moment before Robert caught the snitch Cass as just a second to slow and Yaz made the point. The end score was 240-80. Hufflepuff won. Hufflepuff won against Gryffindor. Hufflepuff won against Gryffindor on the first match of the year putting them in first on the quidditch cup tournament. And Cass coached the team.

Cass went back down to celebrate with her team, they were ecstatic. The shook hands with he Gryffindor team as all the students came flooding onto the field. Remus, Peter, Lily, Regulus, and Mary congratulated her and she invited them to the after party.

"You did well Assiopeia." Sirius told her.

"Thanks! You too, that one swing you took that almost took out my seeker! You rocked." Cass told her brother that she always idolized, glad he was proud of her.

She glanced at James, he didn't look mad that his team lost. He looked happy for his girlfriend that she won her first game as quidditch captain.

Almost the whole school went to the Hufflepuff common room to celebrate the first win of the season.
