"You talk to much, so honey come out your lips on my and shut me up"

To say that Cass was worried for the quidditch trials was a massive understatement. There weren't many Hufflepuffs who wanted to try out from what she heard. What if they don't have enough players for a team? It would suck to have to forfeit from the tournament.

She told James all this two days before quidditch Trials. This is what they'd do, they'd meet up in the Room of Requirement and just talk, tell each other how their day went, vent to each other, it was perfect. Cass read a lot of books and never understood what it meant when people would talk about everything and nothing at the same time. But now she understood because she has conversations with James like that all the time. She's never been happier.

Gryffindor tryouts were before Hufflepuff, tomorrow would be Ravenclaw and Slytherin, Regulus is the captain of the Slytherin team and is a great seeker, but not as good as Yaz Patil in Gryffindor or as good as Amos Diggory; he was going to be hard to replace.

Cass watched in the stands with Remus, Mary, Lily, and Peter as James, Sirius, and Marlene flew around the pitch. They were working the player hard. Cass loved how focused James got when he played, he looks so cute when he gets his head in the game like that.

After the Gryffindor trials were over Cass went down to the pitch to set up for Hufflepuff trials. She was in the equipment shed when she heard James behind her putting something away.

"Good luck, love." He told her, not in a snotty way as if he thought that she wouldn't do well, but in an endearing way that gave Cass all the confidence she needed to run theese trials.

"Thanks. You did really well." She said while reaching for some extra brooms, "Also, wanna come to my dorm tonight to study? You can tell the others you have detention or something."

"Of course, I'll be there at 6:30. I'm gonna go to the stands." He said now facing Cass, " Youll do really well, your an amazing leader, love." She loves it when he calls her love. When they first started dating he tried calling her "baby" but that just weirded her out, it's sounds gross. So they settled on love.

Trials went really well. A lot more people showed up than Cass expected. She is proud of the Hufflepuff team, with work they can be pretty good.

Cass was working on game plans, player strength and weaknesses, and drills to do a practice when she heard a knock on the door, she checked the time and it was 6:30 on the dot. James Potter was the most punctual person Cass knew.

"Hey! Is this Professor Spouts detention? I heard that it change from the greenhouse to here." James said as she opened the door.

"Ah you must be the Potter boy I heard about." Cass said giving James a quick peck on the lips.

"Ohh! What's this?" James said looking at Casses notes on each person on her team.

"Nothing for you to see." She said putting it away, "I don't want you to see my game plan now do I?"

"Yeah, I better give you somewhat of a chance if you want to win the cup." James said sitting down on her bed.

"Wow Potter, I'm hurt, you really think we don't stand a chance do you?" She said sarcastically, stuff like this happens all the time. They always mess with each other.
