"Tonight all the monsters gonna dance
We're comin' to get you!"•••
Cass loves Halloween. It's her favorite holiday, people always put so much creativity into their costumes. She has never put much thought or effort into her costumes until she started to date James Fleamont Potter.
We now find Cass putting a spell into her hair to make it grey to look like her transfiguration professor. Slughorn canceled class today because he takes Halloween almost as serous as James and needed to help decorate the Great Hall. So today Cass had transfiguration for her first class of the day. She was heading down the halls when she heard someone coming up behind her.
"Oi! Minnie!" It was Sirius.
"Sirius you can't call at a professor like that. Professor can we talk to you for a minute?" Regulus yelled to Cass
Cass underestimated how realistic her costume was. She turned around to her older brothers.
"Well as you know help is always given at Hogwarts to those who ask." Cass said, mimicking what all the students hear from the professors in the daily.
"Oh Merlin! Since when do you dress up?" Sirius asked dressed as David Bowie, Regulus dressed as, well- Cass couldn't tell. He looks like he always does.
"Since this your last Halloween at Hogwarts I might make it one for you to remember. And Reg- what are you?"
"That's what I said!" Sirius exclaimed.
"I'm Salazar Slytherin, duh." He said motioning to his outfit.
"You always look like that though. " Cass told him, "Walk with me, I wanna get to class before Mcgonagall."
"I don't always look like this!"
"Yes, you do." Both Sirius and Cass said at the same time.
The three sibling laughed, that happens a lot, Remus always jokes how Cass and Sirius have twin telepathy and not Cass and Regulus, but it's almost as if they all have it, they can tell what's going on with the other person just by looking at the other, most of the time.
"So Assiopeia," Sirius made the connection in the kitchen the other week that the name Cassiopeia has the word ass in it and he had been calling her that more recently, "I take it you are coming to the Halloween party."
"Yeah, are you Reg?" Cass asked turing the corner, almost to her class.
"Probably."
"Well if you do, get a better costume." Cass told him elbowing his ribs.
"Are you sure that's a good idea though?" Sirius asked, "You've been doing some very risky things this year and it's only October. I don't want anything to happen to you with the other Slytherins."
"I'll be fine Sirius, trust me."
Cass could tell that Sirius was worried, but she knew Regulus wouldn't do anything dumb, she hoped.
"Cass here's your class, see you at lunch." Regulus said trying to change the subject.
"Bye boys." She said entering the class. As Cass entered the class she felt many pairs of Hufflepuff and Gryffindor eyes on her. At first they all thought she was Mcgonagall, then everyone burst out laughing, when your brother is a Marauder people always expect you to pull pranks, and when you finally do something funny they go nuts. After everyone died down and Cassiopeia went to sit down some out shouted,
