It's been A few days since I left. Its not that I didn't want to go back.. my pride wouldn't allow me to turn back around. I just headed to the nearest hotel.
There has been many phone calls and messages received but never answered from Laine. It just hurt every time to his picture pop up with each call.. I couldn't answer though there was few times it was close.. I have to eventually swallow this pride and talk to him.. Just when?
I shook my head to get out the thoughts 'maybe a hot shower and wine will make my mind settle down for a while'.

It's been a few days I don't know where she went. She won't answer.. I feel so bad I said what I said to her knowing it was the furthest thing from the truth. I love that girl so much and not knowing where or who she's with make me sick.
I looked down my phone and pulled up her contact.. My thumb hoovered over the phone button for a good 3 minutes while I battled if I should call or not. My heart was in the lead before my brain could catch up it was already dialing...
"Hello?" It took me by surprise she answered this time. My heart is racing.
she sighed on the other end "Laine I can you breathing." She stated.
"I'm sorry I wasn't expecting you to answer honestly.."
"me either.." I nodded to myself "Look y/n.. i'm sorry what I said to you.. I never meant to hurt you... and if you wanna remain as friends i'm okay with that but I want you to know that there will never be anyone after you because If I don't have you then I don't want anyone. You kinda have my heart and I don't want it back.. You're my one and only forever.." I waited for a response from the quite line..
" I honestly have nothing compared to that but you kinda have my heart too Laine.. I figured we both needed space, i'm sorry I walked out the way I had.. but you have to understand I was hurt and I didn't know how to handle it.. and to clarify I don't want to be just friends.. I want my Lainey back." I smiled knowing my girl is coming back to me.
"Come Home babe" I said
"I'm one step ahead of you my love" As the line went flat.
