Birthday

Today was my birthday. I don't really care about my birthday much anymore. It's just another day to me, but Laine don't think so, he always goes all out for my birthday. 

I wake up about 11:30, I must have been really tired. I rolled over wanting to cuddle up to Laine. to my unpleasant surprise my boyfriend isn't there. I got up and put on Laine's shirt that was laying on the floor and brushed my teeth. 

I went down stairs looking for Laine, I walked in the kitchen to see Laine singing to the radio he had lightly playing. I walked up to him and hugged him from the behind and laid my head on his back, he jumped slightly. 

' did I scare you baby?' I asked chuckling 

'Yeah a little, I wasn't expecting you up yet. You seemed really tired last night so I was gonna bring you breakfast in bed." he said turning around to look at me 

' I love you' I smiled up at him wrapping my arms around him again.  He smiled back and kissed my head ' I love you more birthday girl.  You wanna eat now?' he asked 

' yup!' I smiled. 

' after we eat, I have a  day planned, so we should get dressed' 

Once we was done we put our dishes in the sink and got dressed 

' ready?' Laine asked 

' yeah where we going anyway?' 

' today is a surprise' 

We went to the mall.

'I wanna take you shopping'  he smiled and got out, he ran to my side and opened my door. 

 ' thank you but you don't have to do this Laine' I said to him, he just rolled his eyes at me and intertwined our fingers and said ' well I'm making you anyway' giving me a small smile 

- about 2 hours later- 

We finally left the mall with like 8 bags. " wanna grab some lunch?' Laine asked 

' sure' I replied and got in the car.  He gave me control of the Aux cord for the day. We drove to this little dinner that we loved since we were like 13.  

We went in and I seen Cindy and Barry at a table, I smile and Laine walks over there as I follow. 

' Hey sweetie Happy birthday!' Cindy said as she gave me a hug 'Thank you!" I smiled.

Me and Cindy talked as Laine and his dad was talking about fishing and dirt bikes.  

Once we ate the boys went to pay the bills. I looked at Laine and smiled. 

' You really love him don't you?' Cindy said pulling me out of my thoughts.

 ' I really do' I replied ' he loves you so much, he always has. he's lucky to have you hun' I smiled

 ' I'm the lucky one.'  we say our goodbyes and leave. 

'where we going now?' I asked 

'home' he said smiling  

'finally' I chuckled 

Once we got home, Laine  opened my door and held my hand. 

He unlocked the door and everyone jumped out and yelled 'SUPRISE!' I screamed a little. it took me off guard a little Laine shook his head and laughed a little ' happy birthday baby I love you ' he said and kissed me. 

'I love you to so much' 

He had really made it a good day.
